RICOH Smart Device Print&Scan

When a gallery folder has many images it cannot be opened, as to choose picture to print. Thus it can open only folders that contain only few images. Thus this problem needs definitely to be corrected Also if many images are selected from other gallery playstore applications they cannot be printed, but the application can print only one photo. Fortunately the application can print a lot of photos together if photos are selected within the application itself. However still you have to correct the application to be able to print many photos also from other playstore applications. You carry the name of Ricoh, thus even a simple appplication like this, must correspond to very hig level of correct design, in order to to match the quality of Ricoh company. I used to give you a rating 1, but since you have corrected many problems, I will give you a rating of 4. If you correct the above mentioned minor problems, then I can give you a rating of 5. We use this app at work so Realtors can print text messages from their phones. It's AMAZING.

This application does not support Galaxy S7 Edge phone.

It constantly asks for permissions that it doesn't need. It doesn't need access to my location or contacts.

Doesn't work with SP-C250SF even though the manual says it is supported. I tried all the different RICOH Print Services in the play store and not one of them works. Also... WHY are there so many different apps from Ricoh that state they do the same thing? Can't they make a universal Print Service for Android so one app works with all of their printers, and customers aren't left being the ones needing super technical knowledge of which app goes with what printer? Still not working with version 2.5.1

Absolutely great printer and great service from the company but the app needs some major updating. Prints when I need it to but is very lacking in editorial capabilities such as resizing etc.

Downloaded new 2.4 version to my galaxy s5 for my sp c250dn color printer, connected to a wifi router. Then settings > devices > serch device > add ip address ..click on the bottom NOT the top "search"

The document success to be print but the apps is freezeing shows 'printing' even the doc finish print.. (samsung note 4 user)

Should have gone fr hp.. they have supporting environment... Ricoh's apps..all of them, are poorly developed

All of a sudden the app has stopped working. I have a Moto G4 plus and use a SP300dn printer. When I press print it just shows printing and freezes. Please fix it.

"The selected device does not support the scan function of this application." Then what is the point of this application? It also asks for unnecessary permissions every time I open the app.

Says printing but just hangs on the printing tab. (LG V20 android 7.0) started printing.....works

Not a bad app. Can print to most ricoh printers. Not working with my aficio spc 232sf

Needs an Android print service plugin. Android supports native printing now. Write a plugin for us.

won't connect to my 204spn. Have tried many time but still says cannot find the device. Please try again. Rubbish app. Other wireless printer apps find it immediately.

Can't open files that got downloaded in to my android "downloads" but I will have to copy and paste it to another folder b4 it can be open and print

Doesnt work on note 5. Shuts down. I didnt like hp, but their app worked.

The app crashes too often. I've tried all the usual procceses to rectify but still crashes.

Now we have a way to print things of our phones now we don't need to do it of our boring pc's
