Moved to a Samsung S8 and the crashing issues are gone. Still some issues with calls dropping at times but overall a good app that does the job.

It needs 3way calling in the worst way. RC needs to pay attention and get us this.

Whats Going on with you guys i have uninstall all the majar app then also RC getting hanged and force close do something pissed off...when wl it get resolved please let me know

I have been trying to like this app and RingCentral in general, but call quality is the pits, and we end up going back to our cell phones. Most I get from it is call forwarding to the cell. Disappointed. Wanted it to work. Plus extra fees added to base bill make it higher cost than advertised initially. Not that most other phone service providers don't do the same thing, but it would be nice if the cost of the plan was truly the cost. And nicer if the calls actually were clear and reliable.

Did anyone else start getting an absurd amount of VOIP calls after downloading and using this app? Well I did...and I never did before. I feel like this app sells or shares this phone number. Also call quality sucks and constantly disconnects from BT.

Often does not forward calls to the app; When it does, it also randomly rings my phone at the same time. As of today 2/23 - I cannot make outgoing calls with the app. I dial the number and it hangs out in 'connecting' until it ENDS THE CALL. App doesn't follow forwarding rules or phone information set in account on the website - OR it just takes RingCentral 4+ days to stop forwarding a number that's been removed/ 4+ days to start forwarding to a NEW number. Very frustrating when someone goes on vacation, only to be incorrectly assaulted with forwarded calls because the service doesn't recognize that the number has been DELETED. CONNECTIVITY IS GETTING WORSE

The app is useless. There is nothing tackier than being on a call and your phone constantly vibrating and making notification noises. This app does not tell the phone it's in an actual call. It's very unprofessional sounding to be on a call from this app.

Its ok, missing features you would expect in call, texting app making it hard to ise. Android app is lacking. Bluetooth had issues and contantly diconnects. Apparently really designed for iOS. Huge miss.

Drops calls on my Bluetooth earpiece when connecting through HD voice. Always says cannot connect to server and drops calls. Worked fine before the update. I don't mind that I actually have to tap the button on my cell to answer a call, but I need to be able to use my earpiece and right now, it no longer works right... Highly disappointing.

What happened? Nothing works after I updated this thing. I can't make/receive calls, it gets stuck in "connecting" for a long time until it finally ends the call. Really bad and crappy after update.

It won't play messages through Bluetooth headphones even if you just took a call on them. Doesn't ring to gear devices. Slight delay due to voip

Whenever I answer a call on my phone using the app it just keeps on connecting until It becomes a missed call. :(

Screen Overlay detected and app is closed. I paid for some of the apps it wants me to shut off. Hopefully we move to a new phone system soon

The most powerful cloud based phone system I have ever used. Great app, allowing me to have my personal cell and my work phone on one device.

Very difficult to use. Does not mesh we'll with android. Example: the app rings, then the phone starts ringing simultaneously, and if you answer one you'll have to reject the other while the person waits, then go back after the call and dismiss the notifications that you missed calls. The screen often doesn't shut off when in a call, so your cheek is changing all the settings, making calls, etc while you are on the phone. The app is not smart enough to recognize when you're on the phone, so regular cell calls ring through while on a business call. To use this difficult app, you better be sitting in a quiet room with no distractions so you can deal with all the problems as they arise. If you have your hands full, walking to your car for example, it is almost impossible to deal with. I wish I had used a different company for this service. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because sometimes, under ideal circumstances, you can successfully complete a call with only moderate inconvenience.

Unable to navigate main calling screen if moved to and from another screen (multitasking). Unable to find any link or button to get main calling screen, seems like a bug.

Wonderful app that I use as a work number for my customers in a big sales environment. Syncs to my phone smoothly. I would enjoy a schedule text messaging feature to help my follow up system for work.

Started using the app. Tried to get help from customer service and their customer service, rates similar to Comcast.... Horrible. I would rather put my head in a vise, then to attempt to get help from them again.. Canceling.

Ring Central has made calling contacts easy and when making calls it shows me as calling from my work phone line.

This app has maybe worked 8% of the time. Nothing but a mobile data killer.

i tried to use this app on my personal cell phone and it takes over the phone, logs all personal numbers and missed calls. Despite setting the phone app as the default, Ring Central takes over and logs all incoming, miised and outgoing numbers. i can no longer even see them on mh phone app. Two hours on the phone with tech support and all they could tell me was I didnt have the phone app set as the default for calling, which i did. or I would have to turn off cellular data to use my regular phone to prevent Ring Central from logging all the numbers. No thanks.

I am a RC. customer for several years and I like the basic functions on Mobil app. But the support for my androids have been very poor. My 1st device I could hear callers but the said the couldn't hear me or I sounded like I was underwater. With my zte and the latest version my callers here me but no audio on my end. Additionally this app if not shutdown drains my battery and screws up volume control. Wish the VoIPPart worked better. I am also having difficulties getting it to not pop up on incoming call I prefer to wait till my call rolls to my cell number to avoid all audio issues.

I downloaded your app in my mobile  several times and I couldn't get pass the Emergency Services Disclaimer, both options are greyed out. Please advise.

The app is pretty simple and self explanatory.

Very frustrating that if I am on a call with someone on the ringcentral app and someone calls me on my cell phone number, it automatically puts the ring central call on hold without notice. Very embarrassing. When this was brought to Ringcentrals attention they said it was an issue they were aware of and it happens with all mobile phone carrier's. They said their engineers are trying to come up with a solution. So it sounds like there won't be a resolution anytime soon.

3 things that they could fix to make this app not suck: when someone calls me, it would be nice if it didn't play the last voicemail I received so I could actually hear the conversation I'm having when I pick up the phone, and the other person doesn't hear my private voicemail being played back; two, it would be super nice if I could set a custom ring tone so I can distinguish my ring central line from my cell number. It would also be nice if it didn't completely screw up what I was in the middle of, when my ring central line rings. It would also be nice if I could set it not to ring on the ring central app during certain hours.

So far, not too happy. Tons of dropped calls, both in and out. Also, it's ridiculous that when I 'm one either the RC app phone call, or an Android phone call, someone can ring the other line and the ring interrupts the current phone call. This is horrible, and horribly distracting. Concept is great, implementation needs some help!!! Also, the instructions are near worthless for some of the settings.

It seems every time there is an update it causes trouble with my system. Then it takes days, or weeks to get resolved, or work around solution. The latest update is especially bad. Almost nothing is working. I don't even know where to start with complaints to tech support.
