Sage Mobile Payments

it works fine on my s7 edge and a note 5 but i have tried it on 2 wifi tablets a rca 7 voyager and a lenovo tab a8 and tue card swipe will not work and manual entry hardly w9rks on them also

Have been using for last 4 plus years. No problem and the rates are better than in house and my banks rates. It sends a receipt to my email that I can print out for a customer if they wish or to their email.

Needs to be updated to modern standards. Wished it had fingerprint or face unlock capabilities. The interface is also dated.

Errors and crashes using signature capture. Also errors out with a text box with a smiley face. Some type of horrible joke of an app.

No way for me to put customers name on the sale. I shouldnt have to keep running count of the invoice numbers.

I would also like to put the customers name on the receipt that way it is easier to look and search for a transaction.

Doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy S3 at all. Horrible customer service. Outdated app. Do yourself a favor and use Square. Square works every time, all the time and offers reports too!

Very simple and easy to use. Never had a problem with it on android.

I set up account and did over $10k in sales in 2 months then fraud group called and told me I couldn't process keyed in transactions for firearms after already approved transactions were processed and items shipped. Lied about federal banking regulations but couldn't provide documentation so it turns out it's their company policy to be anti-gun even though I had sent them a copy of my federal firearms license. Hostile people to communicate with and they use resellers as their recruiters who also lie.

Have to log on to website first, then connect via wifi for the first connection, then turn off phone, turn back on, turn off wifi, relaunch app, change password, then maybe sometimes it will work :(. Droid X

App won't work on my EVO. Keep getting server time out, even with a 4g connection. Don't waste your time or frustrate your customer with this app. Uninstalling.

Great app secure unlike square and can process offline so even without network you can store data and upload later! Exactly what I needed!

The app links to a single account on install. If you have multiple salespeople making sales from more than one merchant ID it cannot support that. Tech support is simply awful.

Got this for my Troop to accept cc for Girl Scout Cookies. The swiper won't work at all! I thought it was a bad one so I tried the other two our troop purchased and still had the same error on my phone. The Sage works just fine on the other phones. I thought it was my phone jack but my head phones work just fine. Called customer service was on the phone with them for 30 min and they still couldn't figure it out. Grrr not very happy!!

Hi; How can I be registered? Is it integrate with sage accpac. Do u support Bangladesh?

App locks up when payments process. Log in screen does not scale well. Multiple screens in app do not scale. Definitely needs work and quality control.

Crashes every time we do a transaction on every phone. All stock phones.

Logged in just fine the first time I used it. Haven't been able to log in since.

I've been using this app for a few weeks and it far exceeds Square or any other one I've found. The app is very user friendly and has tons of great features. I see why it's been mentioned as THE leader in mobile payments! Thank for making taking credit cards on my phone as easy as it gets!

Better than Square, this service lets you process offline, so even if you can't connect to network you can still use this app. Allows capture of customer info even for cash transaction. Must sign up for Sage Mobile Payments account to use. Hint: press swipe button before trying to swipe card.

Works great and my customers think it is very cool!

The title says it all ... I wish there was a 0 star option .. been trying to get the app to work since yesterday to prepare for sales today. Each time I call support with a new issue preventing me from getting the app to work the wait is at least 40 minutes and the response is the same .. we know and are working on it. Makes me concerned about the security of using this program. Total crap ...don't waste your time.
