Cool idea, but if the song isn't "popular" enough, the the app cuts it off halfway and plays some pop song. Uninstall

Buy 'credits' to play a song. Waste of time to install. DON'T BOTHER INSTALLING!! PAY TO PLAY!

It's pretty cool that I can request the songs that I want to heat in REAL TIME. I like!

This app is amazing! The software and interface is great for businesses looking to keep their customers satisfied and entertained!

Cool concept, but the pricing is outrageous. I spent $5 and only was able to play about 5 songs in my gym. Our gym also picks up the tab for "shuffle plays" which is a poor attempt to have customers engage the app. Shuffle plays allow users to play a song from a specified genre, but it rarely plays songs I want to hear.

App fails to log in way too often. New Moto G4 Play and still issues. New update and still issues. Free credits and still issues. Once you get a high level, don't bother buying any credits

If you have an older phone, don't bother. I have a Galaxy S4, and have always had a hard time logging in. Now it suddenly won't log me in at all. And you can tell by the way the makers of Rockbot respond to all the low ratings (they don't respond) that they really care that their app sucks a fatty. Do yourself a favor and use a different music app. Or go buy some records.

I like that this app exists. I wanted to have a bit of contol on the music at a bar-ish place I visit. The mechanics of this are difficult to use and it seems that I cannot actually search and select specific music I want to hear but I can l select from pre allowed music at a venue. Not my favorite but I'll work with it.

While the idea behind it is great, a way to bring some music into an area, the execution leaves one wanting. Always says that my songs are next, and it winds up being a while after. Once you fix the order and make it accurate, I'll be able to give more stars.

Have to down vote 10 to 15 songs before they play a halfway decent song. Have to vote after every song or I have to listen to horrible music. I'd rather listen to my headphones.

Can't check in to the gym I go often. The app worked in the beginning, but after 2 weeks I can't seem to check in anymore. I uninstalled the app several times to see if it will fix the problem. After unsucessful attempts, I contacted customer service & when they asked me what phone I use, I promptly responded. Haven't heard from them since.

Rock bot has hit rock bottom. I use this app at my favorite restaurant, Sticky Fingers in downtown Chattanooga and I cannot pick any music. What a terrible selection! Bring back the muzak!

The first song i picked played for 5 sec before skipping to the next song. Why do all the crappy songs play all the way through and i get 5 sec of my 5+min tune. Who's controlling this app? Refund please. Experienced the same crap with Touchtunes.

A little confusing to start off, especially to get the location correct as it had me a mile out for 15 minutes. Otherwise seems to have an ease once you get used to the app a little.

It keeps telling me that my tunes aren't available. When I finally find one that it will play it demands I pay for the privilege.

Worst UI I've ever used for picking music. Flip through artists randomly till you find the one your looking for...or just give up looking and pick a random song.

Just downloaded the app today and I swear I can play any song at work.

Trial version is unusable and paying for this app would just be straight embarrassing

The app is horrible. It won't let you search for any of your music it won't let you log in to a venue it's a complete waste of time. I would have given zero Stars if that were possible.

It does ok but needs a lot of work to make it a hit.

App does not work on Galaxy S5. Refuses to show venues. Had to revert to older version and turn off updates.

Never even got it to work. All usernames I tried were taken, over 20.
