I am using a different phone than the one i have installed this app on. Unfortunately i have forgotten my password and when i try to recover, it does not allow me type my email address. Its quite frustrating as i am unable to use the app and my account still has a lot of balance left. I cant create a new profile as it says i am already registered. Please advise
I had parked for 2 hrs starting 8 am in 335A zone and when the allotted time was about to expire I tried to extend, the app was giving a response the app was not able to connect to the server. So I tried multiple times to extend noting that the balance still remained the same after the first parking for two hours. Finally left with no options I sent an SMS and got a confirmation for the next 4 hrs and later discovered the balance on the parking app was deducted for all the attempts.
I use this app on a daily basis. Since yesterday, I wasn't able to use this as well as the RTA's app for Parking, both say - cannot connect to the server at the moment. I'm using 4g. Had to opt for SMS parking. Pls keep these outages to a minimum.
I have tried logging in through my rta credentials and also tried registering as a new customer however it gave me the same error for both. Stating application is having trouble registering with the server
I'm trying to register but I'm stuck at verifying my phone number. It won't send the OTP. Also the GPS based parking location finder keeps telling me that there is no gps signal (gps is working just fine)
I couldn't find an option to add a second vehicle under same login account of Smart Parking app.
Wonder why frequent password reset is required for such a app.Really its disturbing when we are in urgency.
I clicked "+New", added details, and then hit "Add", nothing happened, hence, nothing was added to the list. I've tried other plate numbers but still didn't work. I have initially loaded my account with AED50 so now I can't even use it.
This app does not work properlyTherfore I deleted the app and reinstalled the same. Had a credit of aed 101 all the credit is gone and it's 0.
Very bad app. Needs sooo many repairs. Does not know the difference between 055 or 052. Very bad.
Why this app need access to phone contacts all of a sudden
I am loving this app.... Saves a lot of time and is very easy to pay for parking....
In future please have a export feature for ticket transaction. It should show atleast last 30 days transaction instead of 10. Thz
Not working properly, many mistakes
I tried to pay through this app and it is not working. I tried to pay 241C Zone and it doesn't get deducted and nothing is coming on the final completion of payment.
I've been using this app for almost 17 months now and I can't do without it! At times, there might be some issues with the app but then a little restart will do the trick. Any faults and complains are dealt professionally by their customer service who are kind and helpful enough to ensure your resolutions will be dealt at the earliest. After installation logged in only one time. Always bellow error while login. The application is having some trouble connecting to server please check ur connection and try again.. whatsapp and skype and all other online applications are working fine. Model samsung Note3
Most of the time server issues, user interface needs improvement. Not Able to locate the parking code automatically. In short app has so many issues.
The app used to automatically populate the zone. This does not work anymore. Please fix this. It wud also help to know the price beside the hours selected BEFORE we pay
It has all the functions you need to make parking hassle free including top up anywhere. But it is frustatingly slow sometimes.

drop down doesn't appear to select nationality while registering, and so cannot complete registration process.
Password reset option does not work
Rcvd an email that issue is fixed, which still exists. Send reminder 4 days ago no reply. 2nd ticket open yesterday. And for God sake give us an option to change password. I have to always do a password reset option..
I topped up the account..and got the confirmation email as well...but the same does not reflect in the application. The money from the account has been deducted nd its been more than an hour later i get the message in the application that there is an error regarding the application.
It's really disappointing that you have this app running for a long time and most of the times it's offline and because of that users who rely on this all for paying parking gets fined by the same RTA who built this app. Either make it working full time or better remove it.
Tried to recharge while i am far from parking slot (i.e out of the country) and many times got the message... transaction failed, try another method of payment.... resulting in a FINE of 150 aed. Sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. Very disappointed!
The app was working fine and everything until one day I noticed that my balance was reset to zero. Sent feedback to the RTA, and they replied saying that "the issue was resolved" when actually nothing happened. "/
I tried topping up using mpay or credit card, in both cases it gives error message thay transactiom cant be initiated. ....also tried to add plate number to pay by sms but it just halts.....can't use at all.....sent email as per the reply and still not working
After making payment for smart parking, some times mistakes happening after payment done changing zone also kindly add for this software then more useful for customers
Can't register despite numerous attempts. "Server connection problem". I will email the rta for help.
I'm running Lolipop 5.0.2 application is giving ''an error was encountered while processing the request from the application'' while starting if I tried to clear the app cache it start to working but error is coming again and again area is not detected auto. I have to select it manually in all areas not a selected ones .. please help it's very annoying
I just registered on the smart parking app and it requested me to top up.I topped up after a few hours of waitng still my balance is zero and it already cut the amount of 30 aed on my debit card I called the customer service but they told me to send email and it bothers a lot me because i have to wake and walk very far just to do the payment manually on the machine and disturb my sleep.
