Programmed by Beishir Home Automation and Security. Doesn't work well on Samsung Galaxy Note 2. The app constantly stops working and it's hard to get it to reconfigure after it fails. Error message: "The configuration process has ended prematurely."

On Android this does not sit in the screen properly to the point that it is virtually impossible to use. I've checked it on 3 different devices. If you have an Android device Do No Download this app. Shame because on Apple it's excellent.

I program RTI control systems as part of my job as a custom AV installer. The RTiPanel app works perfectly, but it's important to understand that it's only as good as the system programming done by the installer. The interface, features and commands are totally customisable. Poor programming will result in a poor user experience. Good programming and good GUI design will result in an attractive, intuitive and powerful smart home control interface.

Every problem written in these reviews are based on improper programming. If it doesn't fit on screen properly the resolution was set incorrectly in programming and can be resolved quickly through Integration designer. The GUI is 100% customisable therfor if it looks horrendous, more than likely the programmer has used the basic template or worse some horrible theme they've made. This app is just about flawless. A licence us required for each device as it' replacing RTIs handheld remotes which at cheapest is around $600- $3000. Why would it be free? I have this app in houses controlling Aircon, lights, AV, viewing and controlling IP cameras/ Nvrs and zero hiccups come from the app so please do research before rating badly.

How does this app get anything below 5? Sounds like some serious "hacks" out there...I program theses all the time and can control anything with a power cord for the most part with it...remotely. ..locally and across the board. Sounds like some of you should stick to one way control if that's not too much for you as well. My clients have rave reviews for my programming and functionality. Took a while to work up to that level as a programmer/custom integrator. ..RTI is the fire though. ..

Had 2 out of 3 fail in one month. Getting it looked at under warranty was a headache. They instantly assume user damage not poor build. All screen issues. Eventually replaced under warranty. 10year old original pronto never had a issue till it got wet.

Port forwarded 4110...downloads GUI, but doesn't respond to commands. Tried rezound and S4.

The single worst system I have used in any technology category. UI looks and functions like my 5 year old designed it with crayon. I have had to reboot the RTI terminal and Uninstaller and reinstall the Android app about 20 times in the three months since we got the system, and now it basically stops working every time I go remote. Total unmitigated disaster. DO NOT USE!!!

Does not connect. I can see the system with the correct IP address but never connect...

This is the remote app everyone needs! With proper programming and the associated hardware (XP-3, XP-6, or XP-8), you can control EVERYTHING in your house! From thermostats to lighting, from A/V systems to security panels! It supports custom graphics and 2-way metadata feedback...so you can see what song your music server is playing, or that you left your lights on in the garage. Really, there should be ZERO 4 star or below ratings....if you are having trouble, get your AUTHORIZED RTI installer to solve it for you! This is NOT a "do-it-yourself" product, but an app designed to interface with one of the most sophisticated control systems on the market!

I only need an app to control my Lutron IR Lighting system. This is way to advanced for what I need and won't do the job. Note: The app does appear to be well programmed and tries to connect to some WIFI home control system.

Being an RTI engineer, I can honestly say that this app is rock solid.

works so well......anyone else program for video? i love my little vivotek 7100.......haven't found ANY bugs so far.....good job rti.....weather page works well traffic cams work well...only downfall at the moment is my coworker's dual processor droid....resolution is too large for the app

This app is great but it depends on the programmer. Not all RTI programmers are equal. Once that happens a Nexus 7 can do almost anything!!:-) :-) :-)
