No monthly fee. Works good for what it is. $17 at stop and shop. The more people buy these the safer pets will be in bringing them home. Good idea, hope it takes off

Will not pair with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Dogs picture keeps posting at a right angle. Very disappointed. I have a blind deaf dog that could get lost. Was hoping this app and tag would help. :(

Great idea. But this is not ready for market. It ONLY works if there are zero distractions, which if you live in a city or anywhere close to people with internet, is pretty useless. My dog is currently sitting in my backyard, 10 ft from my house and I keep getting notified he's out of range. I'm disappointed I spent $20 on something that doesn't function as advertised. I'm going to bring it back for are fund.

My dog went missing for 4 days. The device never worked. When I got it back the device looked perfectly fine but was not working at all. We had this device for less than a month. It wasn't a battery issue because I changed the battery and it was fine. This is a total waste of money.

i have tried to connect my daughter's a few weeks ago and her friends yesterday. Two tags with two different issues, dj in customer service is the only thing working for pawscout...

My animals are right outside my door in the yard and this isn't picking up their "in range".

Useless. Never recognized the Pawscout tag. I hope I can get my money back for the tag.

Helps keep track of pet but the area radius is too big. It shows our dog about 2 blocks away from where he really is.

This thing doesnt actually work. Its works by bluetooth from peoples apps in the area. Well my area doesnt have that many people to support it. This would be better if it was actually a tracker. Jusy get your animals chipped this app and the beaccon are usless. Im not saying this to be crabby or because i dont know how to use it. My husband is one of the best I.T.s in our area and he says its b.s. just get your animals chipped.

It's a nightmare when your furbaby goes missing, they say the recovery rate of a lost pet is 10%! I was blessed to have been able to find my furbaby, but I REALLY WISH I HAD PAWSCOUT at the time!!! I'm PAWSITIVE it would have made the recovery process easier and a whole lot faster. I'm in love with this product, it's worth your money. As advised, set your Pawscout tag outside! I tried to set it up indoors for 2 days and could not get it connect, however, once I was outdoors, it connected immediately! I was able to allow both my dogs off leash and track them on my phone! I only have a few complaints, 1) when walking my dogs, it wont update the information, we've been on plenty of walks, but still no info! 2) I tried to order custom name plates and it tells me that the address is not supported. 3) It would be nice if I could set the perimeter of the virtual leash. Overall, it's a wonderful product and I wish I had known about it sooner!

Needs to be a.little.more feature rich. Eg should be able.to fence off an area on the map.and have that act as your off leash area, not just the dog going out of range. How about the ability to chat with other paw scout users that are in range of you.

The app has potential but i didn't like the fact that it chewed through 6 gigs of my mobile data in one night for no reason at all and i still don't know what or why it did this.

Great app and quality product. The app is clean and simple and the tag itself is unobtrusive and stylish. It's a bit big for a cat, but looks and functions just fine on a dog.

I have such a peace of mind knowing my girl is covered. We keep an old cellphone charged with pawscout on it to always have a second eye on her.

Pet does not show up under My Pets and does under wife's iPhone app (same account).

Paid for two pawscout tags and the rarely work

For 20.00 I know if my dogs left yard. Beats losing my 500.00 GPS system.

I think it's great especially for the price point I am using it for when my cat gets out and wants to ignore me calling him now he can run but can't hide

It doesn't work.

It does not always work and device needs help like maybe lights that you can turn on from phone when sun is down and pet might be in bushes

Loving this product...they are working on a couple issues with the Android app. Can not wait until it releases in PetValu soon!!!

Awesome idea

I'm struggling to get this application working. I have contacted support as the email and password option will not authenticate, nor will the facebook login. I have tried this on 3 different phones, different os versions, wifi/4g, latest version of code in the app store and none of it is currently allowing me to get past the login screen. I got a response from support about a week ago that they were going to pass my case on to the back end engineers, but since then it has gone quiet despite subsequent follow up emails. I am hoping resolution can be obtained soon. If not I will be returning the tag and request a full refund as it is not functionally sound.

Community based, with only 1000 downloads,it's a small community. Worst product I have bought. It sat on my coffee table for 2 days and my phone on my couch for 2 days. In that area days I have over 100 notifications and vibrations from pawscout saying my pet has left the lease area. Neither my phone or the dog tag moved positions.

The worst POS I have wasted my money on, for the token. I would give 0 stars if it allowed. Created an account 4 times in four days becuse the account disappeared. Going to see if I can get my money back. DO NOT BUY! IT DOES NOT WORK!

This is a worthless product. Took me seven days of trying to set it up before it finally worked. By worked, I mean set up only. I can't make the supposed virtual fence notify me when she wanders from it. It also indicated she was miles away from me when she was actually standing right next to me.

REQUIRES WILLING COMMUNITY TO BE EFFECTIVE. No other utility outside of if a pet is lost, but the app accomplishes it's job of storing and sending pet info in case of an emergency. Would like to see more effort in improving app quality (in app help section) & popularity. Urge everyone you know/see in the area to get the app to cover as much area as possible in hopes that someone will overlap with the pet. Product not free from basic bluetooth limitations.

Great app when it decides to refresh location. If there is a way to refresh on demand i haven't found it. Also, while smaller than other trackers I researched, it's still large and bulky for cats.
