Trips disappeared after update and I couldn't get a connection. Tried logging out to reset my account and when I logged in the trips we're there.

Constantly fails and doesn't log trips. Sucks

Do not update to the new app wipes all data out, and will not let you submit anything

After recent update on Android Moto Z force it's keep crashing, totally unusable. You sell this to corporations, then hire professionals to develop it for you

This ap is useless. It tracks miles all day but the submit option never works. I always have to go to the site anyway and manually enter my trips. It is tedious and useless. Joe.

I hate this app. I miss being able to upload mileage on the Runzheimer website. This makes it so much worse and more time consuming.

This app is constantly not working correctly. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app so that it will work and capture miles driven in automatic mode.

Keeps shutting down on new motto. I've had to manually add lost time over past 2 days. Prior to recent issue not Terrible.

When using the company iPad, the app recorded about 85% of my driving. I now have to use it on my phone and the app only records about 20% of my driving. But it does track me walking around the office at work, so that is super helpful. This morning I hit the capture button before leaving for the day and despite being on the Go For A Ride screen, the app recorded absolutely nothing.

Worse app I ever downloaded into my phone, it does not work, it never tracked my mileage, I have to enter it manually, what a waist of time! I will be loosing money because of this app. Multiple phone call to tech support, they can't figure out the problem. How in the world they convinced my company to get us to use this app. Somebody didn't do his research, look at the review that says a lot already. So upsetting when your pay depends non functional app!

Does not capture mileage since the update. Now I have to key in mileage on the website, which is a real pain. I have to key in each stop, this takes around 2 to 3 hours a week on my time. Not happy.

App suddenly doesn't capture mileage anymore! Its now like 25x more of a pain to input mileage, so that i can get reimbursted properly!! Your app is bad, and you should feel bad!! For shame!!!

Not reliable at all. Misses miles all the time. Won't start recording Miles when it should. Worked up till 3 weeks ago. I do not like it at all.

Have to put in mileage manually for the last three weeks. It's the pits. I have done everything that they have told me to do but still won't pick up miles. It says "go drive" but does nothing.

Does not do what it's suppose to, constantly crashes, will freeze up your phone if open with other apps, kills battery life.

Worked ok before update. Have to manually enter miles online now. Pain in the butt. Do not like the update at all... Come on test before you push an update.

Using the LG Stylo 3 Plus on Android 7.0, this app is not responding to touch commands. I can change from automatic to manual trip detection and change things in the settings but the app won't let me select any options from the main dashboard. I can't add trips, check my location, submit any miles, unable to record miles and I can't even look at what miles I've captured. I've uninstalled and reinstall with no change. I've also cleared app data entirely and still can't record trips. Before recent update, app actually worked albeit with other awesome problems. Programmers from this app are still learning it seems; even after a good number of updates. Terrible app for its intended purpose.

Terrible app. The original Runzheimer app was better. This rarely captures my trips. And when it does, it either gets partial trips or it it captures point A to point B with a straight line. That would work if my car flew! I have called customer service but they don't know the issue and have been told tech service would get in touch with me and that was 2 weeks ago. Worse yet it is what my company uses to pay for my mileage, wish they'd use another app/company. Won't bother wit customer service again so I'm stuck having to manually enter all information. The update says trips were captured not to worry, no they weren't, my check came in $70 less than what it usually was can't get then to reimburse me for that money loss.

Absolutely horrible. Constantly losing trips or somehow they get deleted. I get paid by mileage from my employer. So because of this app I lose money every single week and you will too .I have been using this app for about 7 months now. Anyone that has rated this app higher than a one star it's most definitely fake.

Battery draining issues have greatly improved with the last few updates. Customer support is very fast to respond to emails with simple answers to fix a few minor issues I had.

Every time an update gets pushed out, my home screen icon disappears. The app stops recording mid trip constantly. So obnoxious.

Not easy to use. Crashes. Don't bother saving locations, because it doesn't use them in other trips. Can't zoom in on the maps, making the feature practically useless.

After the latest updat, I can't even get the app to download correctly

The update did work after i logged in and out. Alll is good. No issues to report. Thanks for the fix.

Was crappy before the update.... now it is worse! Lost several trips from last week. Won't track and calculate miles! And won't let me as them manually.. way to go on screwing the working class over..... And all this at the end on the month so we can submit correct miles. Banner job: (

The update was terrible...Android Phone. Erased all of my locations, does not track miles, and cannot add locations or trips because it says I am not connected to internet or wifi, when I am (hence ability to write this review)

This app is terrible. I constantly have to manually input mileage. It stops tracking when driving constantly. I called customer service and the problem still isnt fixed. Its frustrating when i forget to match my miles with what i manually track and i end up shorting myself on miles. There are a lot of addresses i go to that dont exist in the app, even after the most recent update. Someone needs to fix this.

Forth time I have had to write a review about how this app doesn't work. Not capturing my miles that I drive. Can't impute my miles manually. I want this app to work so bad but it flat does not work like it should.

After the new update, open it up for the first time, it crashes and then doesn't record my trips, good update, keep it up

I have to manually enter my trips in daily. What's the point of having a mileage app if you have to put in your mileage manually?? Now it keeps saying I have no WiFi connection, so now I cannot input my mileage for today. This app is terrible!!

Well after downloading and installing that latest update, I lost all my trips for today and it is no longer capturing my trips!
