Camera Connect & Control

Instructions indicate this app should work with Nikon D5300. It did not. Message flashed to Uninstall Nikon WMU if there were connection issues. Tried it, same result. Tried putting camera in WPA mode, since App has 0 instructions. Same result. I understand that functionality needs to work on both the camera and OS end. Using Android 6.0.1 - Dev, please do not be snarky as you were with other posters and tell me to get a better camera...

Can use camera control or partymode for nikon d3100 ?

Dev is super helpful and responds really fast, app is worth every penny, even more now that there's full live view and remote settings control for Nikon. If you were looking for the delete button like me, you can activate it in the settings ;)

The bulk download is much more useful than the default Nikon app. However I really wish the bulk download feature would preserve dates to avoid jumbled order after transfer.

I really like this app because it can download CR2 files. However it takes forever on my phone to load the thumbnails. Im using S7Edge by the way. Are you working on the pro features to be added to the M3? Paid user here btw

Thanks so much for an actual functioning alternative to the horrid Nikon app. Well worth the money to get the full potential from my camera.

Nikon 3200 - it connects as slow as the wireless mobility but it doesn't allow you to control the camera - only to download pictures.

Love the apps. But can you make D3300 available for pro? I need the remote shutter in this app.

Just started using the trail with my 70D and all works well so far. I'll update as necessary.

No remote control for d750

Works well to connect my Nikon D7200 to my Galaxy Tab A. All features work as advertised. Took a few minutes to figure out what the icons mean. A how to guide would be helpful. The Tab A is wifi only so when connected to camera, can't connect to anything else but it works well.

So awesome to be able to download photos from my non-wifi non-blutooth camera to my phone. Allowing me to upload photos to social media. Note to self...make sure the correct end of OTG cable is connected to camera/phone. Well worth the purchase. Developer response to email is impressive

Perfect for my Nikon D5500. Better than the Nikon wmu app. Image browsing and downloading is very fast.

Great app. I have tested it for an hour and for now It works flawlessly with canon eos 700 connected over usb to tablet: browsing photos, downloading, sending to chromecast, taking photos remotly from tablet, changing shooting parameters... It only can't remotly start filming movie and reproduce it directly from an app (but movie can be downloaded to tablet), so there is place for improvement!

Fantastic - so much better than the awful Nikon WMU app. It's quicker to load previews, and caches them so if anything crashes you don't have to wait for the preview/thumbnails to download again. In any case, I find that it crashes FAR less often than the Nikon app (not at all yet). But you can't download the JPEG if you're just shooting raw, so now I shoot RAW+JPEG. Is it perfect? No. But it's damn good. Also great customer service via the Facebook page.

Amazing app. Developer did an outstanding job. I'm using it with Nikon d5500. Official Nikon app is crashing every 5 minutes which is sooo frustrating. This app not only has a better layout, it's faster and connection doesn't drop at all. Not the cheapest app I must say but worth every penny.

It's great app. And when you get some trouble, just PM them on their Facebook fanspage. It really really helpful. They respond are fast too!

Would like to ask questions before a full purchase: can this transfer videos properly with Canon (750D) over WiFi.? And can you select the target folder/storage place? This is the one thing Canon official app can't do. If you do this, you just revolution the industry right here. Goal is to be able to transfer over WiFi to USB storage plugged to phone via OTG, i.e no need for a computer to back up SD cards anymore! This is Trial Version! Fake of real Cannon Camera Connect! And it doesn't work as good as Original Cannon OES or Cannon Camera Connect! Do not waste your time!

Very finicky .Sometimes it connects other times it does not. Also it disconnects while downloading. I have a strong wifi network and a Canon 70 D

This app was working brilliantly for.me on my Nikon D5300 until the recent update - since then it's been disconnecting halfway through downloading my images to my phone!!! Please fix this!!!
