Won't let one access prescriptions info. Should be standardized for use across all devices. Giving it 1 star, because I can't give ZERO, then UNINSTALLING.

SHOP RITE pharmacy is amazing great customer service girls never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my prescriptions. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

When I use this app to have the pharmacy contact my doctor for a new prescription I get the "Please wait" spinner and it hangs.

I have been unable to access my prescription information.

App is convenient! Works great! Luv their pharmacy too!

The app overall works OK. Before the last update I could see when was my previous refill (date) now it's a guessing game when it's time to refill a prescription, often resulting in prescription submitted too soon. It's a hassle. Please bring back the option to see the date of last refill!!! Overall this is a great app!!! Thanks!

Difficult to navigate and could never send PIN to my phone. Installed and deleted almost immediately. I'll stick to the old fashioned call in method until this app actually works!

Should be Ashamed for the way the app works.... Don't trust it in keeping info private if it works like this...save yourself a headache and avoid it completely...

I have called customer support to try and resolve this issue and I got blame game. I am able to successfully log in. I look under prescription history and only option to add family member. I added myself and error states that information does not match. I tried over 20 times. I went to pharmacy and they told me that information for me is correct on their end. Customer support told me that the information for my account is not correct at pharmacy. I also created a replacement account and got same error.

The app won't even open. I press the app, and it says "unfortunately shoprite has stopped working " It hasn't even started working in the first place.

EVER SINCE MARSHMALLOW UPDATED TO MY NEXUS 6 PHONE I CAN'T USE SHOPRITE PHARMACY PART OF APP. I RELY ON THIS APP FOR ORDERING MY PRESCRIPTIONS BECAUSE YOU SAID I SHOULD!! SO PLEASE FIX ASAP!!! Don't know the idea developer used calendar monthly scroll for date of birth, if someone born in 40s or 30s it takes ages to reach dob. For some reason I can login on computer but Android app doesn't recognize me. I tried every option to recover user name and password created brand new account with different email but all vain this app only know username and password doesn't exist. Yes I am uninstalling this app.

Fix it ASAP

I used this all the time with my Galaxy S4 and now that I have the S7 it crashes everytime I open it. I tried reinstalling several times but just won't work. When it worked, it was great.

This app suck big time. Able to log in but not able to view prescription history. Says my info does not match. Spoke with customer svc, they supposedly setup another account for me and told me to wait 24 hours. App does not recognize login info. I created a new account with diff email. Still receives same error msg when trying to view prescription history

Worked great before upgrading my s7 to marshmallow... please fix it

I agree. It was great. I got a galaxy S7 and as others have said it gives an error message and won't open. Too bad. I guess no one is reading this feedback. No one has acknowledged and it hasn't been fixed

The interface kind of sucks and I would like to be able to scan the bar code on the bottles to refill something. It froze up and crashed every time I try and go to my current prescriptions now

Seems that after upgrading to marshmallow, it no longer runs. Immediately crashes. Pls fix asap. Was a great app for filling refills. Other Shoprite apps work fine.

I hate this app. Too often, their database losses my login and I have to setup my account again, which involves getting in touch with Shoprite Pharmacy's customer service to have them reset my access permissions, so I can use the app. It's ridiculous. I just happened AGAIN.

App does not recognize ID or Password. Shoprite IT team does not know how to fix. Will need to uninstall app and order by phone or switch suppliers.

Simple for rx reorder and to track rx hx.
