The app itself is great. I'm an att rep in Oklahoma and this really helps with my product knowledge. Only downside is it does not update my points to the leader board

Love this. Exelent for a refresh, or demos/Docs for customer examples. Wish You could combine our Samsung Academy Online points with this app. At this time none off my points are being added when i complete a module. Thanks UPDATE: 9/9 Keeps crashing when attempting to open Gear S 2 modules. And says failed to update when opening app itself.

I feel as if some of the customer responses are vague. I'm a Verizon rep in the Dallas area,also my leaderboard doesn't update properly. It says I'm rank 0 ^

Perfect for people who sell phones. Score boards need better updates.

Love this. Exelent for a refresh, or demos/Docs for customer examples. My only complaint is the videos have animated demos of phones/wearables there for quality isn't fully shown, the real deal would make customers flabbergasted.

Great way to take trainings on the go. I'm not always near a computer and this app definitely fills in the gaps when I'm bored

2 updates to the app would be great and are needed...the ability to pause the videos...I had a customer and there was no way for me to pause...2...screen rotation support for the videos. ..very hard to see horizontally on a vertical screen.  Thanks

From what I have experienced with app I thinks it is first class. It not only teaches the products but lets you practice your customer skills with the sample scenarios. Good job!

Love the videos and tests. But how do I get all the points? I've passed every test and watched every video but I'm 75 points short.

Can not log in on app but website works. Says my organization does not exist. Emailed developer waiting on reaponse. My employees log in just fine.

Great app for learning on the go! I am definitely more knowledgeable about Samsung products. A must have for every sales associate out there!

I'm signed in on the browser just fine but the app insists my organization doesn't exist.

When I log in it say error loading modules. And immediately signs me back out :( and I was so excited too

If you want to know about product features and learn on the go, this is perfect. Helped me fine tune my customer service and increase my own productivity.

Easy to use and I definitely feel more knowledgeable about Samsung products. My points on the leader board aren't showing up though.
