i was able yo blurr the photo. but here's the thing: 1, IT STRETCHES OUT THE PHOTO LIKE HELL and there's no way you can repair that. I thought it was just a glitch but when i saved it, the picture was distorted, my face was like a bubblegum. I HATE IT. 2, no other artistic blurr effect is available, its all 'manual' like Photoshop. and 3, there's nothing else you can do besides blurring.
