Another rubbish product of the IT geniuses at SB that every now and then decides to not work.

Its my first time using this trading, so ya I'm looking forward to it.

Not easy to use

Can not access trigger page, stopping app. Can not place trades, shows insufficient funds (yes, there are funds available)

App crashes on launch. Check your Play store crash logs. Gawsh.

How can i trade like this??

Logs out during active session no matter the active input. Does not display percentage gain or loss for the day or overall. Frequently fails on selection of watchlist. Errors have become so numerous that they have disabled the Error Report function on the app. Only use this app as a last resort. Constantly having to reinstall. Locked out of app - does not recognise password. Pathetic app. Moving to FNB where its cheaper and a functional app

I can't perform a trade or set stop losses. It keeps going into an error mode and logs me out. The call centre takes.my call and number but do not call back. The prev ver. 3.4 worked well and should b made available for download

It's nice to see the daily move as a percentage, but I want to see my overall move in percentage of each share and the overall portfolio. Please can you add it to home page too.

Unable to withdraw funds from my tax free to my personal account.. Error accounts are the same!

Cannot withdraw funds. Says 'From' and 'To' account cannot be the same, but they aren't.

Standerbank is stealing the Peoples money!!! Its not free to downlaod this App, its using data to do that and if im righ Data cost money - and now it does not work???? Always ofline or always something!! I soooo mad at myself for leaving Capitec for this time waisting dont now what ( Bank)my bank cost always a lot, Never payd more that R90 a month at Capitec now I pay R350 and up!!!!!

The app doesn't always register my touch inputs at the login screen... This is very frustrating! Not login in at all... So annoying... Give me a stable alternative and I'm gone!

Since I downloaded the app I could not access it. it keeps on saying technical error!

Please note the application used to work perfectly prior to the 7/02/2016. Now after login the application times out the moment you select a watch list... Please fix asap.

It does not work anymore... This is absolutely unacceptable as I am unable to view the market and obviously purchase or sell any shares. It used to work brilliantly in the passed what has happened? I didn't update or anything so please advise as to what's the problem and when it is going to be resolved.

Cant even sign in. 3rd attempt over 3 months to use the app. Keeps rejecting email address& /password.

Just installed on my android galaxy note 4. Like it more than the full web interface. Slick and easy. Fast. Great. Hope to trade etc soon and see full capability.

App is no longer working. I've uninstalled and installed the latest update and have not been able to use it. Android and iOS apps not working.

I downloaded the app and have not been able to get past the first screen which insists it has encountered a technical error and needs to retry. It has never been successful in getting past the technical error

The app was working fine till the most recent update. Now it times out as soon I open a watchlist. Very unreliable, please fix... You still haven't fixed as at 17 May 2015 three months after I gave 1 star, pathetic...

To make it even better, if you could update the dates for it to be able to display the 12 months low/high - update the previous year's date for it do display the correct data.

Does not even have the option to change your email address for logging into your account. Why does it have to be linked to your @gmail account?
