Settings in technical indicators cannot remember user preference. Watch list always got error when adding new counter
Update: After a phone call with their customer service, it turns out that Standard Chartered did not import our transaction history, and instead decided to just set everyone's average prices as the market prices on 14 July 2017. And then they decided the best solution was to just let everyone edit their average price to any price they like. Good luck to anyone who didn't record their trades elsewhere and don't remember your average... you'll be trading blind.
Finally a mobile platform - thank you for this ! However, app toolbar icons placement and definition are poorly designed. Doesn't come across to me as a true mobile first experience unfortunately. Hopefully more enhancements to come.
Good concept, but why doesn't it have iOS concepts (e.g. TouchID) and look and feel of login as well as setting selection of options to trade. When you log off it goes back to 'touch Id' and we need to click cancel in other to click back and exit app. Hire Android developers to build a proper Android app, it just laziness and not cost driven!
I don't understand this app. What is touch id? Really confusing. You'd think a bank would be able to afford someone who knows how to make a proper Android app. Mickey mouse operation.
Badly made. Uses iOS design and naming, and even has 'Touch ID'. Not much effort and thought put in.
Details of existing holdings show incorrect trade prices. Price reflected shows the price as of 14 July, not the actual trade price which was initially traded at.
A great improvements on sc trading platform. It starts to be in line with other trading platform. Is worth downloading it to trade on sc platform. Previously, can only trade on browsers and is very slow if using handphone or tablets.
Vast improvement over the web version. Watchlist a little clunky and non-responsive when it rearranging.
This app was just blindly ported over from ios. Doesn't follow the android user interface guidelines. Ends up being very confusing and unintuitive. Disappointing that standard chartered can't be bothered with Android users.
Otp keep having error authenticating. Still have to log in via web platform to place trade
Great way to trade on the go.. Also no need to start the laptop at odd hours to deal in EU and US markets.. Also.. Have a solution for the average price.. Just go to Web, click Details on the Portfolio and you can edit the average price.. Gets reflected immediately on the app too.. Correctly updates the MTM P&L also..
This app is Much better than before! Now you can set orders such as good till confirm and much more! However, I am unable to authenticate whenever I sign in using one touch, I get errors such as these when I use one touch - SMS verification always failing - Trade orders disappearing (I set a good till confirm order for a week later but it disappears daily) - Unable to update holding power (it shows that my balances are all zeros) - I cannot re-login using the normal method, I need to restart the app before I can do so Once these bugs are fixed, this new app is really awesome!
The OTP always don't work. For a trading platform, this is unacceptable. When I need to make a urgent trade, the app failed to log me in.
Unable to log off. Will hang when logging off or during page surfing.
How can one trust a brokerage that decides to populate one's history with inaccurate data when upgrading the system?
At last, an app for SC trading. Still trying out the apps but seem like more work need to be done on the layout and design. Not bad for the first step..
When placing an order, keep getting 'invalid board rate error message.
Its was very good but then when I tried logging in again I can't... Spoiler
I cannot even login using my user and pass from the web browser online trading.
My OTP never works
Better than login to website
So far so good
i cocked up my google play store trying to install this, will give a better review once i get it fixed
