It has taken almost 2 weeks since I installed the app without having to be able to use it. I thought the app was meant to make banking easier ANYWHERE (Across the globe, ANY TIME but alas that's not true! I'm in SA and can't use the app. I have made numerous efforts to contact your customer service so my banking details can be updated but I haven't got feedback till now, yet you claim it's 'customer first'. Despite being a small client, I'm utterly disappointed at your slow response towards my complaint.
