As soon as my monthly payment came out the app stopped working!!!!????????????????

Won't let me scroll. I need to check this app hourly and I can't even use it to look when clients book. please fix this.

Can't open it on my HTC Android but it works fine with apple which sucks

This app constantly kicks me off when I'm trying to book appointments. Very frustrating as a business owner.

Completely useless. Nothing loads, it's just a blank screen.

Used this to schedule a massage, walked 20 minutes to find that schedulicity failed to actually schedule my massage. Thanks a lot.

Gets stuck in endless loading loops on my s5 active. Also I wish there was a tab at the bottom for your favourite businesses.

It will not respond at times and goes into error mode. My clients are NOT Happy.

The app is a little slow. It takes a minute or two to book a client. It feels like forever when they are standing in front of you waiting for you to confirm the appointment. For the other issue with the browser not being up to date; I just encountered that problem. Uninstall then reinstall. It should solve the issue.

Too many updates and now its crap. My work has been using the site for a few years now. But they are always doing "updates" and it is becoming unreliable. The site itself is okay. But the app has issues which is really a hassle when you need to check your schedule on the go.

Can't get this app to work. My screen always says i need to update my browser then gives me links to the pc download pages. Most annoyed.

Downloaded it countless times but continuosly opens blank. I have a Samsung j5 prime.

I loved this app when I first got it now it drives me crazy. I can't get into settings to update my credit card and now I can't even get it to load on my Samsung. My clients live online scheduling so I may have to look into other options

While Schedulicity itself is a great business tool to have, including the setup and user friendly booking system for my clients, the mobile app is terrible to manage client appointments from. And this is what my review is based on. It constantly freezes, scrolling is a nightmare, it is KILLING my battery life, and I know for a fact that it isnt our phones because we are running the account from two different phones and the issues are the same. I'm paying an arm and a leg for this service and all the extras. Will these bugs be fixed anytime soon?

Loads extremely slow you can only see two days at a time does not sync with the Google Calendar they updated the app and now it takes extra steps to add clients and or services. Not user-friendly. I've used this app for one year and it's only gotten worse over time. Always puts appointments on the wrong date so I always have to go back and check to make sure it ends up where I need it.

Is wrong with the app! Im sitting at work all day because i cannot even see my book. I have no idea when anyone is coming in because nothing will load!!!

This app constantly locks up. I've never been able to load my profile picture. Support suggested I just sign on through a web browser. Mmmm, if this is the case, why even offer a app?

I've had this app for 4 years and have always loved it. However, about 5 months ago I got a new phone (have always used an Android) and ever since then I can't scroll up and down on my schedule. All the links work just fine and it opens right away. I can't scroll. So I usually have to wait till I'm at the desk top to schedule someone. I've contacted the customer service about it and they couldn't explain it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times without improvement.

Easy to use- love it.

It's great when it works but it's too slow most of the time. It wastes a lot of time between clients when I'm booking them on my app because it freezes. The screen just goes blank and the calendar won't load so most of the time I have to get my client to book online when they get home which is a major inconvenience for prebooked statistics.

When I try to get directions to a business, the actual directions appear below the map and right off my phone screen. I can't find a way to actually see them. Not helpful. Easy to book an appt though so that's good. I just can't find it.

Can barely ever get done what I am trying to do without the app stopping and closing multiple times!!! Awful.

I really don't understand why anyone would have a problems using this app... have used it for years ,and it just gets better and better. I have used schedulicity since 2009! No regrets

Any news on what going on with using Schedulcity on Samsung tablet? It works fine on my other devices. But I use my tablet for scheduling, payments, etc. at work

I have a Android phone. Work's great, colour's are outstanding. I spent six months trying to find the right scheduling program. This is by far the easiest to learn an work with. Support people, for us technically challenged, are super. I have been using it for past several years.

Unless I closed every browser window on every device the app would not sync. Very frustrating.

Does the trick, however I would love it if the app had a widget. The last scheduling app I used had one and it was very convenient

Can't add to my Google calendar from the app. However it's fairly easy to see services offered and book appointments.

No problems now except for some of my clients can't schedule depending on what internet search their using

Simple straight forward and allows me to book appts with ease

Have the most current update for Google play services and the Chrome browser but the app does not recognize it is installed. Prompts me to update browser and links are broken or unable to be opened on the tablet. Works perfect on my note 4

*My review is the same as everyone since March. Why is this not being fixed??* My work uses this booking system and I find it useless. I tried this app thinking it would be easier then having to google the site but I cant even get on because my browser!?!? Trying to look at my appointments or getting ppl to schudule through this site is just as bad as this app.

I am unable to open this app. Every time I do it asks me to upgrade my browser. But when I go to upgrade my browser it say that it's no longer available. So I can get anywhere with this app. Please get this fix
