As categorias são poucas e nada intuitivas pra alguns produtos. De resto é um bom App.

O aplicativo é bom mas é um pouco bugado e não salva as pesquisas anteriores. A empresa deveria melhorar os filtros de pesquisa do aplicativo e monitorar melhor as tags na hora de colocarem anúncios, para evitar anúncios desnecessários em outras categorias em que não deveriam estar. Sem falar no chat que também é muito bugado, problema já antigo na aplicação.

O aplicativo é muito limitado. Outra coisa é muito mal feito a parte que você recebe um email de mensagem vc precisa clicar em responder mas quando eh direcionado pro APP, para poder ver a mensagem da erro. Aparece não foi possível visualizar. Porque já não aparece a mensagem no email tem que abrir o site pra logar e depois ver a mensagem. Isso faz com que falte agilidade no serviço prestado a maioria das pessoas abre o email no trabalho e não pode ficar abrindo sites que não eh relacionado ao trabalho e nem ficar mexendo em celular.

O denunciar não funciona pelo app (direciona pra outros meios). E o chat é meio bugado, fica mostrando a bolinha laranja de novas mensagens, mas aí você olha e não tem nada. Sem falar que as notificações só aparecem se você entrou recentemente no app.
