Great solution for my flat door. Very simple to use

Although the initial setup is not smooth, but their support mail box is responsitive. Finally they manually initize the lock to make it work. After a year, multiple updates, the app is stable now. This is a unique product that control an existing lock. Good as its flexibility. But there is always different component involve. I did face machancial issue, power supply trouble, etc. They are not relate to Slack kind of headache. While compare with samsung or yale all in one locks, there is pros and cons
