Timer: the timer on the home screen counts how long since your last registered relapse. If you relapse, simply drag the slider from left to right to reset the timer. Your accountability partner will be automatically notified and you'll be prompted to enter the details of the relapse for your own records. Doing so will allow you to see the patterns in your life.
Journal: click the journal button at the bottom to access your journal. You can write anything you desire in the journal. Journaling can often help during times of temptation or after relapsing. If you write something in particular that you would like to use to encourage yourself in the future, you can select that text and create a flashcard of it.
Flashcards: if you click the flashcard icon on the home page, a randomly selected flashcard from your journal will be shown to you. We often preach best to ourselves and the flashcards give you a chance to do that. What if before you relapsed you were shown a journal entry from last time about how much you regretted that decision? It might be just what it takes to keep you moving forward.
Quotes: inspirational quotes and verses will help you along the way. Additionally, if you click on the quote, you can view a log of your relapses and the notes associated with them. Use this log to see your patterns of who, what, when, where, and why.
Settings: use the settings screen to set your passcode as well as the phone number you'd like to have for the speed-dial and speed-text functionality on the home screen. You can also set the text you'd like to have sent to your accountability partner if you use the speed-text option. For testing purposes, you might like to use your phone number for your accountability partner and you'll get a feel for how everything works.
