I have had this app for about 3 years so I've used it extensively. It has never consistently work right. Constantly freezes, loses connection... and no, it's not anything with my phone. I've tried multiple Android devices. Even the Apple version has problems. It's a little better, but still clunky as hell

From unboxing my ITSX to downloading tunes to my 2003 6.0 Excursion with my Galaxy S3 and Galaxy tab I only ran into one problem on each device. My Galaxy tab on screen buttons acted as though they were being pressed reoeatedly and bringing up my s planner. My Galaxy 3 acted as though I was pressing the power button repeadedly. Both devices have latest versions of android and TSX. Never had these issues before app. Issue went away over night now perfect.

Very poorly done. Had trouble pairing with the accessory, very little options for gauges. Can only display 4 gauges at a time and are restricted to 3 layouts (why???????). Neutral rev limit has a minimum of 2700 rpm. I don't know about you but most performance vehicles need to launch around 1500 unless you have REALLY good performance tires (like drag radials). Back to the gauges. When you set up a gauge for AFR it only shows whole numbers (14, 13, 12) why not tenths? Who read AFR with just whole numbers? The performance test. Why did they take out the HP & TQ test? These all seem like common sense thing that a company who has been in the game for so long would know we want. I'm not too happy with this iTSX at all and wish I would have just went with the X4.

App crashes often barely works was able to load tune after having it crash several times using a motor z force with most a up to date TSX app disappointed in the distance only works up to about 8 ft away outside the car.. definitely not as advertised by SCT on their YouTube channel which the guy claimed it could work across their building... either way this app needs A LOT of work for this not to be considered a damn scam.. great idea if only they would of payed for a halfway decent app developer.. SO ANNOYED I payed 400$ when In it's current state it would be hard to argue it's worth even 100$ unless it came with a lifetime of free tunes.. (Will edit this review when or if this app is ever updated)..

Very hit and miss. If you are reading this and are still undecided on the tuner DO NOT BUY. Buy the livewire instead.

Did not work

Did a reset of the physical tsx device prior to pairing and have yet to encounter a problem. I've flashed 5 custom tune files onto my fusion and couldn't be happier. Not the easiest app to navigate, however functionality is key here and it performs it's intended task well. The data logging has been extremely helpful as well. Keep up the good work SCT!

I downloaded this to try it before spending 400 on tunes and what i guess is the real software but I'm not so happy with it. Nothing worked, it juat crashed. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I used 2 different obd2 plugs and same thing. My friends have SCT stuff and love it so I'm guessing this has a software issue that needs fixing?

Downloaded the app, connected Bluetooth after multiple tries, tried viewing gauges, like everyone else got a black screen. Doubt it's my phone. S7 edge...PLEASE FIX!!

I was kind of skeptical since there are so many bad reviews but decided to take a chance. Everything worked flawless.

App worked fine until I updated my phone to marshmallow now it just crashes every time I open it so my tuner is completely useless until they fix the app to be compatible with new Android software

This app will not pair on the Samsung Galaxy S7. Works on my Galaxy Tab 4 though...

Complete waste of time and money. Only works with Apple products. Stop advertising for droids!

Won't even scan for device. Uninstalled & reinstalled didn't help at all

I think if you wrote a bad review, it's because you don't know how to use it. I plugged it in and was confused at first bit figured out if you plug it in and reset it, it will pair just fine. Then to load a tune you need to turn the key to accessory without starting. Loads tunes and gauges just fine on my 02 7.3l F350, paired with Galaxy S5

The device works perfectly. No issues what so ever. All I did was checked that the unit had an up to date firmware before plugging it in the port in my Mustang. Plugged it in, turned the key to the ON position then sync'd the device via Bluetooth to my Nexus 6P. No issues at all detecting nor using the device and app.

I have a nexus 6 and the app freezes all the time doesn't work at all please fix compatability issue I'm running Android 5.1.1....amean why is it so unstable on Android and on ios it works like a charm on my brothers iPhone 6 plus

Look I know a lot of people say this app is crap but name one other app like it, it's a little slow but hands down a must for any body with a moded motor

Most be same program for android and os but many different. In OS program(iphone) will be more options. It need update for android

This app works fine for me on my Galaxy S5 Active.

Note 4 working great but doesn't save gauges , I have to load them each time. Other than that it's awesome

App constantly freezes and you must force close. The first time loading a tune it froze at a 100% after 20 minutes and I had to start from scratch. After three tries I ended up getting the tune to take without the app freezing. After five months with this tune I need to load a towing tune. I plugged in the tuner and have tried to open the app on 3 different Android devices and none of them will scan for devices so i can't find the tuner. On all three devices the app will not minimize and connot be closed without force closing. Currently I am 28th in queue for a call back from tech support.

App constantly freezes and loses connection. Once in a while it will work long enough to load a tune (after numerous failed attempts) but completely useless as a monitor.

Very unhelpfull, this app is horrible, not user friendly, cheap app, didn't ever work right, and the connection to the sct sucked. I couldn't get a single program loaded. I'm returning it. I just wanted a program tunner and now I just want my money back.

Torque is 10x better app

Other then Bluetooth issues, its a cool device. I just wish I could view ICP in PSI, not HG.

It paired and connected, but when I tried to view gauges or program, the screen turned black and didnt change back to normal. On huawei p6 and in galaxy s3 it never connected

No problem connecting and loading my custom tunes. Samsung G5.

I can do everything off if my galaxy S4 besides program..which is the most important part..It gets to the end and says programming unsuccessful ..it's very irritating

I cant program my car the screen will go blank and re appear on the apps home screen I paid a lot of money for this device please fix bug asap
