Latest update^3 also killed it...ad ons and alacarte never loads.. What are u doing.. Do a little unit , integration ,black box and white box test..then do alpha and beta testing after then release the update

A big list of channels not available on videocon d2h. Sony le plex hd. Hbo Hd Star gold select Hd. Sony bbc earth HD. Movies now Hd Romedy now Hd. Sony rox hd Sony Yay Movies now 2 hd. Was good when videocon first started services but not upgrading new channels is a big disappointment.

Seriously guys, have you even tested the app? So many techical errors and just hangs at multiple options.

So many HD channels not available. What's the use of having multiple HD boxes and Platinum HD package if you don't provide all HD channels? Been waiting for Sony Le Plex HD for 1 year now. Have done another 1 year recharge at a go for 3 HD boxes but this is last time, if you don't increase your HD channels, will not renew further.

Junk update. Recent update is junk. I don't know how could their managers be so careless that, they allow this kind of junk updates to be released one after another. The application crashes on opening itself.

Dear Friends trust me videocon d2h is the worst d2h provider in India. They are money sucker's in every scenario or isse you will going to face with your d2h connection and if you call their customer service they will not understand your issue but for every issue you need to raise a complaint followed by engineer visit. Please avoid their service if you want to avoid sufferings in your life. All the best.

This App is crap. Doesn't let customers rate it 1 star in feedback section. Shows error. Smart na. Worst servic ever. Getting lots of troubles with the box. Gets out of order every 3-4 months. Have to pay 500 for replacement box and that too gets out of order. You people charge for even registering complaint while talking to customer care. Videocon d2h is looting customers. Switching to any other operator.

Videocon is worst service provider. They are bunch of frauds. They are charging with base package on the name of add-on as a compulsory package. In this add on they are giving only free to air channels. If you call him and ask questions they have no answer . They will put your number on blacklist now you can not call him for any reason. They are fooling us. It's so sad

They will disable the service if not used for more than 30 days even if u have balance and validity..what is the logic behind it? Getting back the service is tedious...there is no proviso in app to do refresh in case of error e19-4..pack changing in app is not easy

I used to like d2h at the beginning, but now they are just a money sucker. Every year there is a price hike. Hate their service. Wasted my money. Have to switch to another service. Paying 285₹ for a basic pack, in that also u will not get a single English channel. Curse u Videocon.

Dth re location request given through the application. Staff came and done. As per the application the prescribed fee is Rs 250 and paid the same. But i also lost Rs 250 from main account also. Total i paid Rs 500. I frequently contacted the customer care for re fund of Rs. 250. But still i didn't get any response. It almost 1 month gone. Cc people register complaint against the local engineer and a complaint number send to my mobile. But without any information they closing the complaint. It happened 3 times. They are not even send an sms showing the status of the complaint or closing the complaint.

channels are being removed one by one very quietly without any prior information. when I've already paid for a package, why are you removing my channels. I raised my issue to the customer care but seems they don't care for their customers. VERY PATHETIC SERVICE. COMPLETE JUNK. I'm regretting that day when I opted for Videocon d2h service. Everyone was suggesting me to go for Airtel or Tata Sky but I ignored their advice and choose Videocon. Now Videocon people are ignoring their customers. No worries, Just few more days and I'll change it to Tata Sky.
