About Cylinder

This tool is to be used with the Cylinder watch winding system from Atelier Pierre Kobel.
It is used to read and write a Cylinder operating configuration by accessing its parameters using the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) capability of the phone.

- Suitable for devices supporting the Bluetooth 4.0 standard (Bluetooth Low Energy)
- Suitable for platforms running Android 4.4 or later
