Takes forever to load card resulting in lost points on 4 occasions. Cashiers are not patient while app is loading. Reinstalled 3 times already. Same issue with lgg3, lgg4, note 5. The points are not adding up as well. I only have 49 points. I spent about $25 per week for 3 months over the summer. Where are my points?

The app won't let me load money by credit card saying there is connection issues. When it didn't scan the blue card it issued a new card number inside the app which was great. I went back to the store to ask why it didn't work, they gave me a brown card to try. They were able to load it with money. The app won't let me scan the new card to replace the one issued by the app. I had to go on the full website to merge the cards. Once I did that, the new brown card deactivated but the in-app card is still active. It shouldn't be this complicated. It should have the option to rescan the new card or merge cards in the app.

I like the design and frequent offers. But I can't reload my card. There is always an error message telling me to check my network but my network is working.

none of the features work, except reloading the card. no accurate tracking of monetary or points balance. company has been aware of this issue for months and hasn't taken an noticeable steps to improve it.

I love the reward program but the app works properly only over wifi (except, ironically over Second Cup free wifi). Points, transaction history, account queries and offers do not update over mobile networks. Points do appear as soon as you connect to a proper wifi network so these claims of lost points seem unfounded. Programmers please fix this!

App has begin pushing spam to my device via the notification bar. Since there is no way to turn this off in the app, since there is no "settings" menu I have been forced to disable all notifications for the app via my phone's settings. Way to go second cup!

I don't have a phone not getting one therefore my tablet is my only contact which I did receive information on when I first signed up.This shows how long I have been a customer plus my card is used nearly every day! This alone is poor customer service.I enjoy the coffee and the venue people at my local Second cup out let otherwise would chuck the experience and go to Starbucks

Well, I cannot edit my expired credit card even online. Try twice to add a new credit card and it is not showing. Try to remove old credit card and Signed out if would work! It didn't. Just my time wasted.

I really like this app because it's convenient and easy to use. However, my one complaint is the timing for the notifications. I don't want a notification at 5:15 in the morning (or earlier) about the newest promotion. If we could set what time we get notifications, that would be perfect.

I love the clean design, in par with the new branding of 2nd Cup, the ease of collecting points and scanning at the counter. One thing that should be active and working is a transparent collecting and redeeming points system. I use the app every day, but I only see some (unnamed) transactions from January last year...

Does not provide push notifications for offers despite telling you to enable them, there are no app settings to do so. Would not let me add my credit card due to an unknown error and as a result of not having a credit card on file will not give me a transaction history

Opened the app and there is a pop box saying "update available", will not let you use the app until you update. Guys wtf, seriously the user may not have the time at that very moment to update, they might not be on wifi, and would like to may be just pay and get on with their day. It should be a suggestion and not be forced at that very min. If I don't see it fixed in future, I will be uninstalling the app.

I probably use this app on a daily basis at this point. It's so slick. I love being able to pre-pay to my account and not have to carry cash or cards while I'm at work. My only wish is to have a choice to add a tip when I'm paying with the app. My poor baristas are getting shorted, since I only remember to bring extra cash maybe one out of ten times. It could even be something set ahead of time, like always paying a certain percentage in tips. Then this app would be perfect.

Never had any problems with it. I walk in, I pay, done. I get notifications when points promotions are available, I walk in the store and repeat the use case above-mentioned. Can't complain! Could add more features like coffee menu, etc, but it does what it does well :)

I have been using the app with no problem until recently. I made a purchase at second cup, and the points did not appear on my app (I know it went through because the bill that they gave me says it went through). So I thought it was an app reboot error, so I rebooted and it didnt let me sign in again. I tried many times on different days and it does not work. I thought it might be the password and when asked to send me a password, it says it doesn't work. Very odd app.

Nice integration of many features, but the list of locations and store hours is not kept up to date with the frequency required to be reliable. I've encountered many permanently closed locations and a few with the wrong hours.

The app is so much simpler than Starbucks. I use it to pay and check any promos for my favorite drinks. I love the option of adding gift cards to the app's one central digital card vs. Starbucks which makes you manage multiple cards. The just wish I could use my points to get more than just drinks (like food or mugs). Otherwise, all around great app!!

Star bucks app has the whole menu available in the app. And an option to order drinks online so that they are ready by the time you reach the store. I love second cup drinks and it's nice to earn rewards for what we spend but this app should be improved.

Doesn't keep consistent transaction history. Regularly, points are not always added at checkout. It really appears the bonus points are not added on because my balance remains the same. As soon as the bonus offers are used, they should be immediately added to point balance with a notification indicating the update. On a positive note, the ice lattes are the best! Starbucks can't compare.

Once again, PLEASE enable a silent option for alerts. I really don't need the notification sound at 6 a.m. telling me to buy a muffin when I'm in bed with my wife! Please allow users to turn off the sound on notifications (i.e. select "silent"). Notifications come in at awkward times, like the middle of the night, and the notification sound is annoying to say the least.

There is no need to be alerted to anything by Second Cup. It is pure evil to receive an alert at 6:25am that says "Join us this afternoon....." and when you go to the app nothing is there!!! Ridiculous. Update: notifications have moved to after the closest second cup stores have closed. Can you make the notifications optional? The change in time of day really doesn't deal with the issue at hand.
