Great app!!

Quit working after 3 months and after following all the companies instructions to get it fixed, I lost all of my data from both the store and the cloud. This was for the full version that I paid for. Find a better app.

Installed the pro version £7 + because I wanted to sync my data across all my android devices only to discover you have to pay the full price again for every device you install this app on so Installed out of disgust and surprise surprise no refund "WTF" Rip off !!!

you cannot use this with all your devices, in order to do that you need to buy extra services with different accounts, you do not have one platform for everything, so if you are using your ipad you have one account, for your pc another account, for your cell another account, if you need to retrieve a passw from the cloud its N/A , I want my money back

Not easy to use, not intuitive, outdated graphics... Just too expensive for what it offers. I bought both mobile and pc and really regret it.

Never did they warn me I would have to purchase this app to continue go use it! Now all my passwords are in there and I cannot get them. I am traveling and depended on this program to keep my passwords...now what do I do?

Now that I have entered all my data, they want to 6 bucks a year for a membership. What the heck. All the reviews that are on this site come from a wildfire phone. I suspected the same person who somehow has a relationship with this app company is writing these.

Just installed and it's awesome. Easy to use and lots of categories of data you can save. Great for forgetful people like me.

App remembers everything for me. Love it!

All the features of other password apps I've tried plus I can add pictures of all my cards.

This app worked great for a few weeks then I got locked out completely. Tech Support resolved the issue after 4 days but that is WAY to long to be without my passwords. I uninstalled it and got an app that works reliably.

Clunky and awkward to use. Simple change would be to list all the stored passwords objects when you log in. And why oh why is the security login so slow to respond? Uninstalling.

Unique,trustworthy,dependable,useful,convenient and I can say hundreds of positive things about this app. I just love this app. Best app ever.

I like how you can store not just passwords, but you can store bank info, birthday's, insurance info.... l have Password Genie for my desktop also...love the form fill.

Only saves bookmarks unless you pay for it. I liked the old version much better where my info stayed on my device only

Do not purchase or download. I saved passwords and used it a couple of times. Now when I have to access data and I really need the app, it tells me that my trial has expired. Click here to renew. OK, there is no free lunch plus you are holding my data hostage and I need it. I click the button to renew, now there is a PHP error that pops up and gives me no other options. This app is CRAP.... !!!!!!Do not waste your time!!!!!!!

You may lose all your info. Their website is bad and their support sucks. Don't buy this. Find something else. You'll thank me.

No way... Sucks.. I got the full PC desktop version under the impression that can sync with my Galaxy S4. Google play downloaded and installed the Mobil app. only to find out that it is a trick to get u to upgrade for $19.95 to have full functionality and maybe sync?... No thanks. Nothing wrong with making a buck but greed? I am un-installing both.. They can keep my $35.00 that I paid for the desktop version…

The app in the store is only a trial version. To get full functionality you have to upgrade to the premium version. The bad thing is that you have to pay that upgrade price for EVERY installation. If you have to reinstall for some reason you will have to pay time and time again or you loose the extra functionality and in that way access to part of your data. The price of the upgrade is Eur 15.15 at the moment. That price is nowhere mentioned (not in the description of the app, not on the website). The 24/7/365 support apparently only works in chatmode (if you use a suitable browser), requests and emails were not answered. The fuctions seem to work OK. So that leaves 1 star.

Stores all my usernames, passwords, and much more! I don't think I could function with out this app.

I have Password Genie now for a while. I used to forget my passwords all of the time, now I don't have to remember them. I cannot function without Password Genie.

Please refund this purchases. I've tried calling and you online support.

Have to purchase separately for each platform in order to sync.
