It wasn't clear to me that I needed to deactivate before uninstalling as wasn't aware it was a device admin. Ran the scan fine but told me everything I knew anyway. Does the job.

I used this on my samsung galaxy s3 and it worked great but then i got a samsung galaxy s5 and it keeps failing when i run the scan and the only thing that changed was my phone. It also won't let me uninstall the app. Keeps saying it's an administrator app and needs to be deactivated before uninstalling but won't let me deactivate. Not sure what's going on.

Uneven able to detect wifi properly says on security or wep only - totally wrong

first, got an insecure WiFi value claiming WEP being used. WiFi was off at the time. Showed NFC enabled. It was off according to settings. Also, don't have an NFC chip. Claimed an outdated version of MobileScan was installed. Just installed it 2 minutes ago. Man, their updates must come fast and furious then... not impressed.

The app downloaded and installed very quickly. The scan only took about twenty seconds to complete and came back with easy to review results. I fixed two of the six found vulnerabilities before running a second scan which now shows four vulnerabilities remain. Solid app.

This is a great app that helps make safety precautions quick and easy for those who handle sensitive data on their phones, would recommend it to anyone using their devices this way. Security is a necessity in these days.

I know I'm in the minority, but I like to at least look at the terms and conditions before I use an app. When I clicked on the link to read them, the page was missing. I don't want to use this if they can't even get the terms and conditions right! I did uninstall it. To those who say you can't, that is not accurate. It is more difficult because you have to take away the administrator rights for it, but after doing that, uninstalling is no problem.
