Settle Easy

SETTLE EASY helps you to sync with your friends and roommates and Settle your bills easily. You can notify the group with the settled amount through WhatsApp as well. Now its very easy if you want to settle monthly bills with your flatmates, trip settlement, party settlement etc.

WhatsApp : Settlement can now be notified through whatsapp which makes sharing very easy
Sync : People in the group are in sync with strong database support. Whatever transactions one person is entering can be seen by others in their respective group.
Updating is easy : Updating a transaction is very easy now. Anytime we can review the transaction and update it.
Add Members from Contacts : Members can be added from contact list
Ease of access : Moving from one view to other view can be through swipes which makes the user easy to switch between transaction, summary, settle, edit group etc.
Edit existing group : Helps the user edit the existing group so easily if it does not effects the existing transaction settlement. The algorithm itself finds whether the user is eligible for deleting and enables editing. User can easily add group members to the existing groups as well.
Easy and fast settle : Application’s Settle Algorithm finds the best way to minimise the no of payments . The listed transaction can be notified to group members through whatsapp as well.
Fast Access Of Functionality : Effort has been put so that users can easily access functionalities with minimum effort. The add group is pop up so that it can be accessed anywhere by keeping the previous process in background and once done its moved back to the old process.
Security : Security measures like phone number validations are done to prevent the addition of invalid users.
Access of Same Account in Multiple Devices : If the user has multiple android devices, it is possible to see the groups, transactions etc that user is member of, through all the devices. So switching the device will not effect the Account.

Help Guide/Tutorial:

• Add a group on clicking the top right button in the action bar. A pop up will appear which will let you add group name as well as members.
• Tranaction can be added from the home page by providing the necessary informations.
No spacing is allowed in transaction name for security purpose.
• Swipe to the right to see the summary of the transactions you have entered. Clicking on the transaction will let you edit the transaction or delete it
• Settle button below, in summary tab helps you settle. On click of settle button, it show the payments to be done to settle. There are buttons which allow you to whatsapp or clear the transaction.
• Swipe to right from summary tab to see the edit group tab. Selecting the group will list the members. Those members who has debts or credits are not allowed to delete. We can delete the group as well.
