Você sabe na hora quando chega e-mail no celular, mas é o Severino que avisa se chegou correio ou encomenda para você não dar viagem perdida à caixinha de correio.
E se você for chegar tarde e quer que o porteiro esteja atento à sua chegada, ative a Chegada Monitorada por tempo estimado ou acompanhando seu trajeto pelo GPS do seu celular.
Acessando pelo tablet o cadastro de entregadores acreditados por outros condomínios, com foto e CPF, fica mais fácil e seguro para a portaria permitir a entrada do entregador até seu apartamento, sem você ter que descer.
O aplicativo deixa tudo registrado, desde o login dos porteiros até a data e hora de quem entra e de quem sai do condomínio, notificando na hora ao morador do apartamento envolvido.
