ShapeShift - Crypto Exchange

So far my only deposit has not shown up in my wallet, I have sent multiple request for assistance over two days by email. All information I have says they have my coins. In buisness where time is everything they dont seam to care. Im disgusted.

terrible app. I just sent 23 LTCs worth ovrer 1000 dollars to be converted to my ether account. but the transaction got time out. did not received my money back yet although i have given a return address as well. a terrible ap. very dangerous.

This app is terrible. In 5 transaction I had 5 different issues and opened a ticket Everytime. Support is only available in a limited timeframe which makes it horrible for timing. Sometimes you have no confirmation if it failed or not or it just times out for no fkng reasons or you wait for ever to get deposit and just don't know what is happening. All that at the end so they refund to your wallet after few days and you've paid transaction fees for nothing and missed an market opportunity. Really useless app. Use poloniex.

Ummm, i would say pretty solid app, although there isnt really any other apps that do what shapeshift does, unless ur on a professional exchange(who wants all that...). Everytime i had a problem, it was fixed, although its annoying, and u could lose money because of it. Also everytime i had a problem, i was using bitcoin, which has a slow processing time, i would suggest doing all transactions with ether. The only thing i would wish is, they just pick up the ball and start having alot of alt coins, not just like 25. Other than that, seems trustworthy. I have bought over 7 types of coins with this app.

Love the app does a great job at exchanging all kinds of alt currancy. My only complaint is the fees. It's not so bad if you transfer occasionally. But watch the fees carefully they add up fast and can take a toll on your balance.

I converted my bitcoin last time using this app with a slow mining fee. I did not expect slow fee means it would take 6 days and the end result is it will be refunded and not converted.

I use this app frequently to exchange between Bitcoin, Etherium & Litecoin. It has a lot of different coins available and if you are a novice trader or accumulator then start with this app. The support is there if things go astray. So don't worry you are in good hands..... Even if you have to be a bit persistent in order to get them rectified

Excellence and convinience are more than described this service. I wish IOTA is available as soon as possible though so I could keep buying from here instead painfully process have to login my PC to BitFinex to buy it then transfer to my IOTA mobile wallet.

Buy or Sell Bitcoins takes 3 to 4 day is normal. Some popular Exchanges takes 6 days. As long as the Customer Support Department taking care of your problems you should not worry. The trading scenario these days is unpredictable. Thank you.

Got timeout error during conversion as a result list 200USD. I really hope support can handle it meanwhile avoid using app, I'm not the only one complaining about failed transactions here...

I try to switch my btc for another cryptocurrency and it dpesnt go through. So i send a ticket. I get a response and it seems like its going well.. But it still doesnt go through. So i continue to ask questions. I get an outdated video as a response. Doesnt show the featires available with the app.. So i ask for an updated one. Their response is that the video is supposed to familiarize me with the service. I already understand the service.. Thats not the issue. Then they try to tell me its because of the wallet i use. That is total bullsh**! No one else is reporting the that being the problem. So... If you want an app that claims to do something and then when it fails the customer service will just email back and forth not addressing the issue and then just pass the blame download this.. Its perfect to just take up space and do nothing.

Thanks to shape shift support team for sorting out my support id 73265. They have refunded all my funds back .In my opinion Shape shift is a trusted exchange where you exchange your tokens without having an account in exchange you can transfer your funds from one wallet to another exchange wallet very easily.

Dear sir i have send 2 transactions to convert etherem to litecoin tommorow morning but not recieved nor litecoin nor etherem. I have send 2 request no(58606) and(58611) each for different transactions to your support team they say it will take 3to 4 days. I urgently want my coins back as i have to pay to someone. Please fix my issues immediately. 3 to 4 days are too long time to sort it out as i have send all details about my transactions to your support team. Please send my cions back. Thanks.

Used it today to exchange bitcoin to Dash. deposit went well. then crashed at Shapeshift is in progress. Please stand by. I was hoping big from this app. Guess i need to find another source.

Never had any issues till now. Once transaction crashed in between, I contacted the support team and they gave back my coins. Their support takes a while though, but works just fine.

It's been acting buggy lately. Slow. A few small transactions didn't go through and the funds weren't returned (yet). It's also a headache going back and forth with customer service. I almost thought​ I lost a bigger amount, but thankfully it went through. There should be automatic returns on failed shifts, going through customer service is too much. Also the exchange screen doesn't update sometimes. I say this as a big fan, and supportive of what Shape Shift is trying to accomplish. As long as I don't lose big money, I will continue to use Shape Shift. But these issues are frustrating.

This is the worse exchange I have used. For more than 3 days now, a transaction to exchange my bitcoin for litecoin have not been credited to my litecoin account. I have written to support umpteen times but they just reply nonsense. I use litevault for LTC and have written to them too and they point fingers at shapeshift as the cause. Shapeshift sucks

61203 is my support number.. Please expedite. I gave my return address. I dont understand why i cant just see my transaction at ANY amount?

This app took my money!!!! I sent over 0.2 LTC to my Monero account, but by accident my internet in and out so I sent double the amount that I was supposed to. I messaged customer support with a return address and 11 different photos of proof of the transaction from my LTC wallet and the hash details but they have not gotten back to me at all!!!! Please be careful while using this app!!!

Waiting time too long. Sccces rate too low and you will be ever contact them for your coin get back and they will never give back to you .Don't waste your time.

As promised. There are still need some fixing to do.. Because some transaction are sometimes not going through. But support are getting better on being active in replying to the issue. I have one more transaction that needed to be fix. So 3 stars for now. It would be five when there no more hiccups on exchanging coins.

I loose faith in this application in first attempt, i exchange ripple coin with Bitcoin and after waiting for long hour i got message of transaction failed. When i checked my Bitcoin wallet balance it's neither come back nor reached to my ripple wallet. I emailed shape shift about it and got no response other than automated return email.

Thanks to excellence customer support team. Retrieved my lost coins within 2 days. If not for time zone different I bet it wld b even faster. Bravo!

Great app love it very easy to use and helps out a bunch when trading. I always use it to cash out into BTC and then send it to my trezor. This is probably the fastest and safest way to obtain a different coin.

They couldn't complete the transaction but charged me both ways transaction fee of 10 usd. If you cannot do what you promise why you're charging 10 usd transaction fee ( 5 dollar for robbing me, another 5 dollar to give the my money back). This is totally scam!! Shapeshift robbed my 10 usd.. Yes they gave my money back, but although there is no user error, simply they couldn't finalize the transaction as they promise, they still charged me 10 usd. What a pathetic way of making money.... Shame on Shapeshift!! Modern era robbers... After this comment deleted...

The BEST exchange app exsisting today. OUTSTANDING customer care- very quick to reapond. I am new to cryptos this year but done my homework. I love shapeshift and the shapeshift app! 5 stars♡

All is good minus the app crashing during a transaction. Have me a few nervous moments until the funds appeared.

Really bad. Lost bitcoins since the transaction was not completed by shapeshift although I had transferred the bitcoins to the deposit address.

When will it allow lisk?.. and dopecoin? Please and thabk you.. aside from the eth block crash.. shapeshift is good.. ut the fees are crazy..

Had an issue with not receiving my funds tho it took a few days to fix the problem the staff at shapeshift were quick to respond And sorted out the problem.

Not working, i sent monero to exchange in bitcoin, after few days still i didn't received nothing and still no answer from the support, that's very bad. Edit: got a refund thanks, but I need to exchange it

SCAM APP! I deposited vertcoin to exchange for ripple and the app timed out while "waiting for exchange", my coins were lost and did not get any ripple.

Why would you refund only part of the bitcoin in case of failed transaction? You failed to deliver the service and you r charging customer for it..No acceptable..

Slow . Very slow . Still waiting for an exchange between eth and Bitcoin . More than 30 mins and is still awaiting deposit. Horrible. I'm very disappointed .

Great conversion app, even when certain transactions take long time leaving you in the dark, it hasn't failed yet.

Okay and now today I was trying to transfer $16 a pot coin into BTC I got a message saying that I did not confirm request quick enough however you guys did not have the proper wallet address or valid wallet address to give me a refund please let me know what I need to do in order to refund my money thank you

I would give it 5 star but you need to add more coin to exchange like stratis and verge. And much more
