Citrix ShareFile Mobile

This app does not work properly on the latest Android on a Google Pixel 128. Initially tech support told me it wasn't their problem and to call Google. They also told me to buy an I-Phone if I wanted their app to function as advertised. However, after I raised holy hell with Citrix the realized that I was right and there is a bug in their app. They say it will be fixed in the next update of the app but don't have an ETA yet.

Biggest issue is handling multiple uploads. Sharing multiple photos from within Google Photos and uploads error out. Can only select one file or photo if uploading within Sharefile app. This is a big problem. Sharing should be its own menu item as well rather than having to navigate to folder details first.

Since upgrading to the latest I cannot connect to office 365 connectors. Unknown error . Only on android.

Upload dozens of files, one at a time, as our cave dwelling ancestors did...

I can't find the option for audio recording, when creating a new file. This was handy in recording lectures and having them uploaded to the cloud to share. Please bring this feature back.

Can't send a download link to a shared file.

Not sure what everyone below is saying, like "you can't upload multiple things at once". If you're having trouble, use the free one of one training Citrix provides, of which you would have to pay for with Box

You can only load one file at a time. So if you need to send multiple files it will cause you to lose hours during the week using this app. BOX will let you upload multiple files. DO NOT USE THIS FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. YOU WILL LOSE TIME AND MONEY #itoldyouso

So slow it's almost impossible to use, crashes and freezes. Won't be using this for my business as my staff would find alternatives themselves or smash the phone in frustration.

I would like this app better if my organization was able to view photo/thumbnails instead of having to open each file one by one to locate files. This is a huge drawback please update.

Best App for Secure File Transfer

1. Doesn't support Last Pass credential filling OR even pasting in the password field. 2. Won't let you do anything unless you give it permissions that it does NOT need to function. 3. Can't access link to documents even by sharing. 4. No native viewing (ALWAYS have to download to view/ UPLOAD if you make edits).

My files, my way. Super easy sharing. A matured product.

I'll post back after using it for a while. But it feels just like the web version.

Won't download files

Why not just let users download to the phone's main storage folders? This feature alone will kill this application in the long run. Don't deprive your users a basic function. You're better than this.

My previous phone the app worked great. I had a Samsung galaxy S5. My phone broke and I bought a LG Vista. The app just loops onto the login screen. Enter in my user and password then it cycles and bam, back to the login screen. Not sure if it is the phone. Both are Android phones?

Would be very helpful if there was an event log that showed what was uploaded or downloaded from the app. My share file app mysteriously downloaded 2.5 gig of data which killed my monthly data limit. I have no idea what it downloaded though.

Very limited administrator features. Can't add or deactivate users or adjust distribution groups. Navigating up and down through nested folders is challenging (you can't navigate up a single level at a time). Folder details don't load half of the time.

I type in my email in the log in screen, but the password field is not allowing me to type anything. Grr

I use share file everyday button this app I cannot access my file box to forward files I've already uploaded.

I have a kyocera phone. Program installs but will not let me log in. Tech support has given me the run around both on e-mail and phone. Totally useless.

And the app just isn't very intuitive. Does basically what you need, just clunky and not thought out well. One of them, lets make an app in an hour, apps.

My files con any device. But sometimes sharing files the link for download goes empty.

Three stars until administrator features are added, such as adding users, deactivating users, distribution group management, and security administration.

The password reset function has stopped working as it does not send the password reset email anymore. I have tried this with multiple accounts from different email domains and the email does not get sent. It used to work perfectly up until about 2 weeks ago.

Use this on my laptop so looked forward to having mobile version but no login screen appears so app unusable.
