I love the service and fast delivery. Especially for a busy schedule as mine. But the app can use a lot more work. First it doesn't have a way to clear the shopping cart, second the search feature doesn't work.
Unsure whether we should tip the delivery people and I wish the app allowed us to save favorites.
Rarely do they have a delivery time available. Not even for the next day. Glad I didn't buy a membership
After seeing this advertised on the news for Tampa Bay I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately it appears that Pasco is not considered part of Tampa Bay according to Shipt. I was hoping since we had Uber they would be here as well since many Uber drivers are doing Shipt as well.
This is perfect for peole like me who constantly need food but hate going to the grocery store. It has also helped me spend less! No more impulse buys!
Having the hardest time finding my address
At work and have a craving for rotisserie chicken for dinner? Shipt it! It'll be at my house before dinnertime. Realize we're out of milk at midnight? Thats okay! Shipt will have it there before the kids wake in the morning. Kid running a fever? No need to take a sick kid into the store for Motrin! Shipt has it covered. Hate carrying that case of water up the stairs? Shipt will do it for you. I may never go to the grocery store again.
I love the service however the app is pretty messed up for me. I'm on a galaxy s4 and every time I look through the lists the screen becomes frozen and won't react to touch. This is definately the app because no other app gives me this problem. Please make the scrolling more smooth somehow because right now I can barely choose what I want. I bought a year and don't want to cancel but will if this goes on
Grocery shopping literally makes me physically ill. I suffer from vertigo and after shopping I need to take to my bed! Shipt has solved this problem for me at a very reasonable price, making life a lot easier. For some it is a luxury, for me a true lifesaver! The shoppers have been very helpful, calling if there are questions, and always friendly upon delivery. Thank you!
I love shipt but I hate this app. Sometimes it takes me longer to find my items and make a list then to actually go to the store and buy them. Really needs a barcode reader or barcode input since it is very difficult to find the product you want through their search. I look for v8 energy drinks and it shows batteries?
No cart, no list, no way to check out! Are there still bugs??
The prices at the store and the prices at the app are not the same, they are significantly higher in the app, on top of that you get charge for the delivery if is less than $35 and you need to pay a monthly or annual fee, I call it a scam, because not all the info is provided upfront and the most disturbing fact is the raise of prices.
My very first Shipt order could not have gone smoother. My shopper called once to ask about substituting an item that was out of stock. Clicking thru the categories, shopping was fun and easy. All the stuff I normally get, just magically appeared on my kitchen counter. Delivered in under 2 hours by a lovely, friendly young woman. I have some mobility issues, and this is something I have wanted in my location for years. I am simply delighted with Shipt and will be a regular Shipt customer.
I was horrified when the shopper showed up with only one of each item! There's obviously a major problem with this app. Also, there needs to be a way to contact your shopper (like Uber has) in case you've forgotten anything or need to reach her for any reason.
The new home page looks great. Can't wait to order. Love Shipt and the shoppers. So friendly and convenient.
Not for me. I like the idea, but you can't even see what they have to offer without first paying for a membership? I can see not being able to order without paying money, but I'm not going to commit without at least some idea about their selection and prices. I don't buy a pig in a poke.
$14/month subscription fee for "unlimited deliveries!" but shipping is only "free" when you purchase $35 worth of groceries. Also, each time you use the service they charge a $1 service fee and still have the nerve to ask you to tip the driver. It's like the $14 is just so you can have the app on your phone because you'll still have to pay to use the service every time...and the only store available as a choice is Publix. I'm switching to Instacart.
Good app, great service, fair price. Now don't change a thing. Shout out to my shopper Andrew in Jacksonville - he was spot on. Got everything exactly right AND he was polite, courteous, punctual...5 stars for sure.
Wow, i just feel in love again:) My first Shipt experience was beyond perfect! My shopper text me several times to keep me updated and to make sure he got my order exactly correct. I love this app, it was so EASY to use. The delivery was super fast too:)I'm telling all my friends about this!!
I love this idea, and the one time I got to use it was timely and accurate, but now every time I've tried to use the app nothing will stay in the cart. That tells me the app needs an update.
I've always wanted to have someone deliver my groceries and I would love to try it, however, it seems that I cannot log in. I've tried more than three times, plus I thought I might of forgotten my password. ...but still it said "Invalid Credentials". Let me see if I need to make a new account. *** just tried making a new account, well, it took it with the same information as my Laptop. Hmmm
I love this service! I don't have the time or drive to shop for myself after being in the grocery store all week, that's where Shipt comes in! Becoming a customer of Shipt has allowed me to do better as a shopper!

I signed up for Shiptz yesterday at around noon. The groceries were delivered by a very professional and friendly delivery person. The groceries arrived at exactly the time estimated, (3:30pm) - and the order was correct!
This service is off to a greater start. I placed my first order today and it went off without a hitch. The professional Stephen was so pleasant when he arrived. I will definitely use it again and share.

Be sure and tip your Shopper! He does everything but cook the food.
It just freezes and shows that it's loading.
I would like to try this but the sign up in the app won't let me select a metro area, it won't let me proceed as guest and points me to the website which allows me to pick a locale and then tries to redirect me to the app, which fails.
At first I couldn't find any delivery times, but it has gotten better. Just be patient people.. it's new in our area.
Unfortunately off to a bumpy start on the day that we installed it but since then pretty good. & a great service overall for people that are sometimes a little too busy to run to the store.

Way too much for stuff and stores like publix have weekly bogo deals and you cant find those on this app so you miss out. Its a good app for lazy rich people.
I wish they would allow us to use food stamps not just debit or credit cards. I work two jobs, double shifts six days a week. I have no car, I get around on the bus and on my only day off Im too tired to go food shopping. Allowing us to use food stamps will most definitely help out a lot. I don't always have money to spend on food.
I've had 57 items in my cart for about 4 days or more. I go into the app multiple times a day and no delivery times are available. I feel I've spent more time adding things and checking the app than what it would've taken me to just go buy them. I think I'll stick to amazon for now.
