Shipt provides an amazing service and experience. Ordering through Shipt gives me more time to spend with my family. Not to mention the Shipt Shoppers are much better at picking out fruit than I am!
I would have given this app an awesome review a few weeks ago. I've been using it quite a bit but the last week or so I can't order anything. Customer service does the typical run around of unistall and log out. Nothing works. I am ready to cancel.
It's great not having to go to the store when I need things but don't want to lose time to crowded aisles and oddly arranged products. I just search for what I want, schedule it, and have my very own shopper talk me through the process and bring it To my door!
Shipt has the friendliest shoppers. I've had a consistently good experience with getting my groceries delivered by them every week. They get the right products and almost always deliver on time. It is a wonderful service I can't live without and would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't enjoy having to go to the grocery store.
Can't understand the logic of this: you pay a monthly fee, in addition to the fact that they mark UP the prices and call it a convenience fee (so then what do you call the monthly membership fee?), obviously also failing to acknowledge any sale prices through the retailer, then encourage you to tip the delivery person for their effort, which is pretty basic. Essentially they are making money on every aspect of this and the consumer is paying a fortune for their groceries. This service costs far more than they will have you believe.
It's a great concept. Ive used it twice so far and had good experience. However, rewards and coupons cannot be redeemed using Shipt. One would still need to purchase items themselves in store to redeem rewards and coupons. For example, I have $15 in rewards and other coupons that I want to apply toward my purchase, but I can't via Shipt. At this time, Shipt can only add toward rewards. I hope this can be implemented soon.
Super great service! I was moving the other day, placed my Shipt order and didn't have to think about my grocery shopping until my shopper showed up with all of them! She even had my frozen stuff in an insulated bag!!
Didn't work. I put in my address and it just sits there...
Love the service. I like that I can make lists and order from the lists. Just wish the website had the list option as well because the website is a little easier to shop than the app.

Just downloaded. I entered a dress and store information. THEN NOTHING! Nothing happens no matter what I do. If you can't even get the app working how good will your service be. I will be asking for a refund!
Long review: I think Shipt is the best grocery shopping app that I have used. The selection is very large. I always found what I wanted. I made my order late last night and could have had my delivery by midnight. I needed to talk to customer service to fix an account issue and to reschedule my delivery. The website has customer service via chat. The rep answered quickly and took care of my issues. The shopper texted me when he started shopping. If an item wasn't available, he asked me what I wanted to do. He always had a suggestion for an alternative. You have to create an account just to be able to get into the app. They have 2 weeks free, but I did not want to create an account for an app that I might not want to use. I signed up because Shipt sent me an email where I could get a year for 1/2 off. With the subscriptions, you get free delivery for orders over $35. Shipt could add more stores. I only have HEB. Other shopping apps have more than one store, but if I had to choose one store, it would be HEB. The application is rather simple. It is not as sophisticated as Instacart. Honestly, I don't need fancy bells and whistles in order to shop.
New update hasn't work at all and support center is no help at all. Unsure I'll continue to use their services.
Just updated the app now bar code scanner is gone . Extremely useful so you don't have to scroll through every item. Please put it back
Can't see all products and categories. Was able to before upgrade.

Hate the fact there's no sort option on here. Its irritating to scroll through 100+ items of a similar product and can't sort by lowest price. Also seems more expensive than in store but on the pro side it is very convenient
Back in January I had heart and respiratory failure and had just gotten out of the hospital and thought I'd try it and I'm glad I did the shoppers are friendly and helpful the app is convenient the only problem is when I make a list on my phone and add to it from an other computer they don't match up and things don't get picked up.
Pretty good app. The only problem is there's only one store available for me to use. I wish more stores in my area were added.
Buy again has a search field ... that searches everything rather than the buy again category.
The only proble i have is, not have more stores available.

Oh how I loved getting my groceries delivered! If only you would fix the app so that I can continue to use my yearly subscription! It loops in a continuous error and I can't use it at all any more. Please fix the app, before I have to decide to let my subscription lapse. I've been a regular customer for almost a year now! Pretty please! You all have a great service. You just need to fix that last "update," Thanks!
I have had both good and very bad experiences as a Shipt member. The store needs to have sufficient stock of items and also shoppers who know what and where items are. I have had shoppers that are so naive to what items are that I am texted 25-30 times per order with questions. This saves me no time or energy. If the store has full shelves, then it is more clear what the issue is; shopper vs. store. Please work on this. I would really benefit from a good shopping service.
In the next update please include the ability to assign names to our payment methods. It is annoying that I have to check the numbers on all my cards to make sure I'm using the right one.
The app is NOT working. Can't browse for items, can't see all of home screen. Useless since the most recent update.
The app use to work but now the screen freezes or goes black. Can't verify my order and I think I'm missing items. Very upset
Such a positive experience. Easy to use. A little confusing after submitting tip - not clear response from the app on whether it went through or not.
Shoulkd make grocery shopping easier and save time. Very difficult browsing. Easier just to go to the store and get wh at you need
It has a clean look, easy to use and understand, and it works. It runs smoothly aside from when you're scrolling through sections with a lot of products, but it doesn't suddenly make the app stop running or anything like that. Just a little slower to scroll through at times, but if you use the categories it's not an issue at all due to smaller lists. Searching for a particular product is really not an option. If you try to write "bread" it's not going to come up with anything. So you basically have to search by brand name first. However like I mentioned, using the categories makes it all so much easier. Deliver right to my door, and everything was even organized by category such as frozen, produce, pantry, etc. I had a 5 star experience for sure, and will definitely continue using.

Tried to get hired by them and refused for no giving reason any way they not worth it racists.
Doesn't let me add about 90% of the items I want to add to my current grocery list to save for later.
I ordered groceries for delivery at the same time as an amazon prime now order. We heard the knock of the prime driver just fine. We never got our groceries. They canceled my order. The driver claims she knocked several times. My husband was in the living room the whole time, five feet away from the door. She called but did not ever come to the door and knock. I demanded my membership fee back but of course they take forever to answer and don't acknowledge what I said. Save yourself the grief.
