I'm not getting ANY notifications! NOTHING is happening in my app! Please FIX!!!
I can't even begin to use it, it's making my phone not function correctly and I can't use my keyboard.
With such an extremely short window to respond/accept an offer, this app mandates a distinctive ringtone. Missing an offer negatively affects ones ability to recieve offers ??? Decided to upgrade my phone for Shipt (LG Stylo 2v) because the app and previous phone were incompatible. One issue remains: fourty-five percent of the time, the notification fails to sound and the other 55% ... the notification sounds like an email notification so one must CONSTANTLY check his/her phone all day ... not good. When the notification pops up, one must clear the pop-up, open the app (10+ second delay) which then defaults to 'My Orders' - click menu key to open Available Offers
Please fix app load issue. I miss shops due to app taking 15 seconds or more to load.
I love working for Shipt, but since I have gotten the Samsung galaxy s8, I have had lots of problems with the app. Mainly, I cant edit my schedule, change days, etc. Also, i am getting offers for when I am not on the schedule bringing my acceptance rate down.
Last update was good, however not sure why the color coding was removed when shopping an order or when order is processed. Little confusing on my end as its been that way for years.
Im also having a problem getting notifications then i get one after the fact saying will u please accept order being offered to u when i havent..and when i look to see order theres none there.this has never happened ive been a shopper 2 years this has to be a glitch with an update
App was fine until recent update. Past 2 weeks haven't received any notifications. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Ill put it this way: yesterday my rating was 5.0... I made $200. Today my rating is 4.9. I made $11.35. ---- Exactly. You only recieve orders if you have a perfect rating. Get ONE customer that thinks a '4 out of 5' is good and there goes your rent.
Almost immediately denied upon applying. Guess I'm not "qualified enough" to shop for groceries according to them. Even though I shop groceries for myself on a regular basis. This company is a joke.
Notifications don't work half the time so I miss shops which then gives me a bad rating. Seems fair. I can't text customers through the app which makes my job harder. And the barcode scanner doesn't work often.
The bar code scanner freezes up my phone, which makes shopping take longer. The photos of the products should get larger when you click them. My app constantly says "offline" when I am online. So I have to close it and go back in. The app definitely needs some work.
I've been a shopper here for a year. I've never experienced app issues until recently and I've been using the same phone and the same carrier. Two times is the past couple of months I have not received notifications due to app issues! I even did the push notification test and it said everything was working but after still not receiving offers I finally chatted with Shipt and they said I WAS being offered orders. They sent a test notification from their end and that seemed to fix it. So there is no way to know when my app isn't functioning properly unless I chat online with shopper support and miss a few offers..
I recently started working for Shipt and loved my first weekend... going into this week I have ran into a problem with receiving NO TIPS! Now, I know sometimes this happens, but last night I LITERALLY delivered to a millionaire rap artist/ producer who said that he would tip me in the app after I handed off his groceries, so you can imagine my disappointment waking up to nothing! Honestly, the tips make up most of our paycheck, so if there actually is a problem going in there, please fix it!! Thanks!
The photos of the product and the description given when you're searching for an item are often mismatched. The scanner is terrible although any other barcode scanner on my phone works perfectly fine. And, like other on demand economy gigs, it is very much over-promise under-deliver...especially in regard to pay
can't access schedule!!
Since the latest update the schedule won't load on my app. So I guess I won't get orders tomorrow because I can't put myself on schedule
I can't seem to refresh my schedule. I can't work if my schedule does not appear.
The schedule isn't working and when it does it take a long time to add and remove areas. It would be 5 stars if it wasn't for that.
Can't put my self on the schedule. Y'all are costing me money. Get it fixed!
Needs to sync with Publix on discontinued items. Members order items only to realize Publix no longer carries it. By the way, schedule issue needs to be fixed quickly.
Would be nicer if they updated the discontinued items and when you search to add an item the bar code never works for me. I have to stop and take the time to type in the name and then find the item(if it's even on there).
Even after a three-day major malfunction with the scheduling feature, it still isn't working correctly. Furthermore the 15 to 20 second lag time between opening the app to getting to the home screen makes claiming deliveries impossible. I am beyond disappointed which SHIPT.
The updated version it's worse than the original when it comes to functionality. It always says server is not working while I'm in the middle of a shop or during a delivery when I need the address or need to mark delivered. Not to mention the tips; they don't add up or post on the app until later. Very frustrating!
I received an update on my android 2 days ago. Before the update, I had ZERO problems with the app. Now, I am not receiving notifications on all my shop offers. I picked one up in metro for an area I'm on the schedule to work. While claiming that metro order, I saw that I was offered a shop for the next timeframe I was on the schedule, but I didn't receive any kind of notification - no sound - no Shipt emblem at the top of my screen. My AR is going to plummet if I am not claiming orders while on the schedule... I can't claim them if I don't know they're being offered. HELP!!

There is very poor support for Android users.
I love this app... i wish that you could go back and see a list of notifications that were sent and that we could reorganize the shopping list.

Updating schedule is really slow but mostly functional app.
Battery drainer. This app drains my battery so fast. Before I downloaded the app i could use my phone all day and not have to charge. Now my phone dies within just a few hours.
App is very slow after recent update. Also when trying to send text about product or otw it always sends the hello text and I have to manually text what I need for it to say. Closes out after hitting the back button. All these technical issues are very frustrating and delays my shopping!!!!!! Fix ASAP
I used to like this app but it suddenly stopped working with my LG V20 phone. It appears the Shipt app caters to the iPhone users and not Android. I was recently told by Shipt Customer Service that I had missed 11 shops in one day!! I have not been receiving shopping notifications, promos, or notifications of a last push effort to get the shops done, nor does my phone show available shops in the Metro areas as it used to. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, phone off, phone on, signed out, cleared cache, etc etc....nothing works and no one at Shipt can help me resolve the issues. Very disappointed. I used to receive several shop opportunities and now I can no longer shop because the app doesn't work on my phone
My app keeps saying "offline"...i am losing orders and my stats keep dropping... when it does work it does not notify me that I haven't offered order as well. Please help!!
Please enable us to use the back buttons on android devices. Every time I use the back button it closes the app completely! That is so frustrating when you are on a tight delivery schedule! Plus since the last update the app is so glitchy. I got an offer yesterday for a zone I have never worked in. I love working for shipt but I hope you can make the app a little better for us. Thanks
The TIPS ARE NOT CORRECT! Every time I open it, it's not calculating the tips correctly. Please fix ASAP. I don't want any errors cone pay day
*Can't "Mark as Delivered" on app so I have to contact the company to confirm I was on time. *It doesn't interface well with text - texts responses are delayed till end of shop time or later. *UPC scanner doesn't work *Since yesterday won't sign on to my home WIFI. *
It's ok. The barcode scanner to search for items doesn't seem to work for Android. This makes it more time consuming to search/substitute items. Also the inability to set distinctive notification sounds causes you miss offers, because all apps use a default notification sound.
