Download the app and set up your account. Find your nearest location and get started.

2. Fill your bag and select your service
Pick up a Shoe Drop tote at a nearby location. We shine and repair all types of shoes for both men and women. Give us one at a time or ten at once.

3. Drop off
We’ve built a network of convenient drop off locations. Find the one nearest you via our app and drop off your bag.

4. Track Progress
We’ll provide status updates and let you know when your shoes are ready. Most services need just one to three days.

5. Pick Up
Collect your shoes at the same convenient location where you dropped them off. You'll be charged automatically when your service is complete.
