Shortlister.com for Android
Works well and does the job, though I would suggest there possibly be a starting menu or a menu at the start. Since once your on the app,you can't do anything on it.
Went better than I thought! I like that you can do the interview on an evening or a weekend instead of being sat by the phone for a telephone interview
I think video interviewing in this format, is a terrible idea, 30 seconds too think of an answer and then recorded for 2 mins with no option too edit if you make a mistake. We are all not born too be on camera, we may have great experience in customer service and dealing with people and talking in front of the puplic and then have a camara pointed on us and the nerves kick in, and some stranger we have never meet is then judging us on our performance. Thanks shortlist you spoiled my chances :/
Simple to use. Fingers crossed!
I attempted to use the app for an interview, however would only let me do the recording test. Also the recording stretches/squashes the image so you look abnormally wide. Had to just go back to using my pc to do the interview, except the website was just as frustrating an experience. Could not set a different microphone as an input so recording sound quality was terrible.
It's 100% downloaded apparently. No app on screen, no open option on Google play, yet says installed. It doesn't bode well. I quite fancied the job it could lead to!
Interesting idea although an interview process is meant to be two way so you get no feel for the company at all. Failed for me twice and made video compressed. Help did what they could but gave up in the end
Can't get the app to download!

The web based version doesn't work with Windows 10 and this app won't install on Android, anti virus blocks it
Didn't walk me through what would happen in the interview. Felt very unprepared and panicked!
Great app, it's really simple to use and I feel like it gave me a better shot at getting the job than with my CV or a telephone interview!
Top work - told all my friends about it!
Who ever came up with this idea should be shot. Just had the worst interview of my life. Would not recommend this type of job interview process to anybody or any company. I'd rather be sitting opposite someone talking to them or at least on the phone.
This app is the worst app I have ever used and keeped freezing during the practice and the real interview. This app is horrible in every way
Really bad video app, 90 seconds to read & respond to a random question that has nothing to do with the job you are applying for. Very poorly thought out.
Much better than a telephone interview before meeting face to face
Wow - great app!

Would not recommend this app. The recording quality of both audio and video was very poor, in particular the image was distorted (stretched too wide). There was also no explanation of the format (you get 20 seconds of reading and thinking about a question and 2 minutes to answer it) which made the first question very confusing. I feel like I could have recorded something better myself or the interview would have been hundreds of times easier for the end user and more informative for the employer if done on Skype or over the phone. I can think of several ways to have an automated message at the other end of a Skype interview to save employers time as well.
