Golfshot Plus: Golf GPS

Coming from using the iPhone version the last couple of years I am very disappointed. That version displays much more information which I can't access on this edition. Otherwise it is a decent app.

Good app, but the GPS can be slow to mark distances and the scoring ability at times gets greyed out randomly.

An excellent golf aid. Very competitively priced. Would be even better if it showed stableford points totals. Highly recommended.

I just started using this app today but it works really well from tee to green and in between. It is as good as having a cattie. I love so far I had fun playing with it. Thanks Golf shot.

Very good app. Can use it for manage golf game strategy and also helpful for approach shot.

Been using this as my main scorekeeping tool for years now. I love it & it keeps getting better! Still do miss statistics comparison to similar golfers.

GPS A bit buggy but still a good app. Particularly like the ability app has for club/distance recommendations.

Tells me everything I need to know about distances to various places including the ones I can't see. Tracks my score and posts to GHIN. What more do you want?

Great for keeping my score and handicap. Distance marks are also good.

Good app that keeps getting better. Had it for many years. GPS usually accurate within a yard or two.

DON'T UPGRADE TO PRO. CRASHES EVERY TIME. I just paid a $14.99 yearly subscription that is supposed to enable me to post scores to my GHIN. The app crashes EVERY time I try to post a score. There is this extra fee (even above the paid version) so I can post scores directly from the app bit it does not function at all. Will be asking for a refund.

I bought this app a few month ago for £24.99 and it never keeps upto date with where i walk. The distances take some time to actually set up right and it jumps to within 50 and 100yards everytime. My friends use a free app and have better and quicker distances than me! This needs resolved! Waste of money! When i played in portugal it just didnt work at all, very poor

I am hoping you can help. My golf season is just starting. I haven't used my Golfshot Plus since last fall. I have used Golfshot for a good number of years and it has always worked good. However, for some reason it won't allow me to add golfers this year. Once I select the course and select the Tee box I try to add golfers and it will take me out to the list of previous golfers. I select one and make any changes for them, etc. and do the SAVE, then when I return to the setup screen it  is reset. I have to start over. I do this many times and it does the same thing. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled Golfshot Plus. Also, I can't make changes to my information, such as handicap. When I do it, it seems to take then I Save but when I return to the setup everything is reset. Very frustrating. I wonder if I may have too many golfer listed. I did delete a few previous/recent golfers but didn't help.. FYI I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 that has worked great with your app for a long time. 

Need to make it compatible with gear s3

Good as a score card but missing a few useful facilities. Would be nice to be able adjust player details after the round has started. Also cannot easily see Stapleford points per hole and the stroke index

Updated review...this is a great Golf GPS app. Golf Frontier is still my favorite because the price is so much better and allows u to do more, but this app is excellent, too.

A works perfectly on the Huawei Mate 9. Quick and responsive. New UI takes some getting used to, but it works well

The IOS version seems to allow automatic Handicap tracking. The Android version doesn't. Unless you live in the USA and are willing to pay an extra $65 a year... I want a refund.

Absolutely great app, I hope that one day they'll be able to integrate ball GPS to make it easier and less taking the phone out of my pocket.

Very accurate GPS. If you use all of the performance tracking features you will see all of the areas of your game that need improvement.

Good to track your game and progress... Should have capability to sync with smart watch

It's a great app.

Only purchased plus version so I could get the additional features on my Sony smartwatch but only showed distance to centre like in the free version, I have sent several emails to customer service but not had one reply, would like a refund but unable to contact anyone worst customer service ever.

Great app overall. Biggest problem is carrying the phone everywhere while you play. It should be smarter about tracking your shots and require less user intervention. Also wish you could export your score cards to an xml file.

Fair app. Yardage accuracy to green center will depend on course mapping precision (check how precisely the green center has been mapp using the zoom) and phone GPS accuracy = it can't be as precise as a laser range finder. Wish it had live leaderboard to share score with other foursomes.
