Flawed app. App doesnt remember location options. Principal idea is good, too many timewasters making low unrealistic offers. Unable to reject offers, making ads uneditable! Lots of personal private info visible on many adverts chat scripts between buyers and sellers!

I think site is really good for a lot of ppl that wanna sell stuff plus you also want to watch for time wasters on this site there are alot of them so please watch out for them I've had many time wasters so look out for them that's everybody.also there alot of ppl that like to pretend to buy stuff then change their mind about buying so ppl. Please be careful and watch for ppl. Who mess you around.

I'm shocked. I've bought and sold stuff on this app with no problem, and have good reviews. Then I find my account is restricted and get what I found to be a rude and slightly threatening email from the support team telling me how I have scared the Shpock community and brought the platform into disrepute. It doesn't even translate well. If they are going to be multi-national then the emails they send need to conform to British customer support protocol. Appalling.. and now what annoys me even more.. they reply to me on here about contacting customer support when I already have and no reply. Then they send me marketing messages encouraging me to sell stuff yet they've restricted my account! Unbelievable.

Best place to sell and sometimes to buy too. No fee to pay and communication between users are always easy. I don't know why some people give bad or negative reviews. At the end of the day, it is free for you to sell or buy and no commission to pay like ebay etc. Be fare

Meh. It's okay, but a bit too spammy. I'm uninstalling it because it won't let me forget about it otherwise. If not for that, I would have kept my remaining listings until someone bought them.

Useful app and works well generally. Just don't like that you cannot cancel a deal or delete an article without a review. Sometimes deals don't happen and there is a good reason for it. It the deal didn't happen, it's likely you could get a bad review although it's nobody's fault.

My experience was very bad. I always BOUGHT stuff from there. When I have uploaded some ads with pics which took me time they restricted my account with NO REASON!!! After that I made a new account tgey restricted it again...it really takes time to make an account and upload your old stuff and they just restrict it...its WASTE OF TIME

Full of rubbish all packaged within a name that sounds like an embarrassing medical condition. There are more ads for work from home schemes than actual items being sold.

I find it has a cluttered interface... other similar apps are much better!! Also, when you want to sort items by distance, it tells me it's 5 miles away etc but it's way outside my search radius.

To many notifications. I don't want to know spock is sad I haven't visited in a few hours. No way of getting money back when ripped off bit I have better into a contract to buy?

Waste of time majority of users are time wasters. They will buy item but not turn up to pay and collect.

I love this app but todays update has made it go down hill! Pictures wont load for new items iv tried to put on, iv tried 3 times and same outcome. Please get it sorter asap

Absolutely dreadful. Sickening "instagram" feel to it and so many scammers!!! Stay away and just use gumtree.

I cant even use the app as the registration process doesn't work - clicked the link in the confirmation email to then be taken to a message in the app telling me to click the link!

People buy items the don't pay, no point using if you're not in a major city. Waste of time in my opinion. Use bigger sites..

Only gave Max stars so people would read it app is completely rubbish forces you to use location in order to use it and lacks in any privacy

Can't even register! Tells me to check my email & click on 'link' to register - there is no link in the email!

It's was awesome app to use would have told every one but now when you get a message you ha e to register again by email thensign in every time I get a message

It was working great until todays update and now it's not working at all .

Im trying to sell and have no buyer i need my items selling

Used to be great, update causes crashes, which corrupted my memory card, lost everything, thanks a bunch

App can be more user friendly. A lot of times even if a deal is agreed the buyers don't come to pay and collect.

It was working ok before. But app keeps crashing nearly everytime i use it now. Even with today's update it still crashes!! When I scroll so far down or tap on something it just suddenly comes up with a error and kicks me out and relaunches the app again!!! So I end up spending several minutes to scroll back down to find an item I was looking at. Only for it to crash again!!! Not good at all.

Stupid. I bought staff from there and the seller didnt deliver the itam and gave me 1 star review and shpock did nothing about it. Then i bought sth which was damaged and i report it shpock did nothing and end up block my account! Unprofessioanl shpock need to look at both seller and buyer side. not always seller is right. What can i do when the item is faulty.

Shpock I's a good concept I just wish it would stick it the local area even after filtering items tod a five mile radius I still get masses of alerts for over 200 miles please make it stop.. But otherwise excellent puts buyers and sellers together to organise their own pickups and payments.... Remember folks this isn't a buying site like eBay you have to negotiate with the seller
