RoboForm Password Manager

I have been a Roboform user for years and recently started using the Corporate version in our business. The new version works great in all of my PC browsers and on Android the integration for Apps and Browsers has been flawless! BTW I have never had any issues or security concerns with Siber.

After 5 years, I really needed a fast support. Unfortunately, it was very slow, inaccurate and...no objective answers received. Then, I decided to check the competitors. When compared with other tools, Roboform has less features, is expensive, has poor online support and is not as easy to use. Email support is very bad. Also, it is not possible to generate a CSV file of your Notes. Be smart and check for yourself: Roboform is not your better choice. I am extremely disappointed and feeling myself betrayed.

I have used roboform on the desktop since the beginning and each new release seems to make it more frustrating to use. The Android app is no exception. It is maddening to have hundreds of saved logins and have the program fail to recognize them. Thus app is so frustrating to use.

1. Why are popular page logins constantly changing, let me set them up to what I define and let it stay that way!! 2. Get the keyboard to come on automatically when password is required. 3. Enabled fingerprint / Touch id but it only works sometimes, so random

Must-have app. Excellent app for passwords, credit cards, and other confidential information. Syncs with the desktop version and is good on all my devices. The Android web browser is a bit weak, and the fill-in function doesn’t work on all sites.

Nice idea but very frustrating and confusing! Used for a couple of weeks only. Won't save my logins anymore! Grrrrrrrr! I wanted to Smash up the phone but I love my oneplus 3!

I'm taking two stars off since if in autofill mode and it doesn't recognise your login there is no way to search your logins using a text search box. This then becomes cumbersome to scroll through your logins if you have a lot of them. Otherwise though... Perfect for storing, retrieving and editing login info and the developers keep steadily improving it. I'm really happy that it automatically syncs any new or changed logins immediately upon opening the app. The option to help with automatically filling in saved logins is an extremely helpful feature. (This is super helpful after wiping Chrome's automatic logins and/or visiting sites Chrome hasn't or won't save in its login cache) It's not consistently perfect in pulling up each corresponding login but when it does it is quite a powerful, time saving tool.

After converting my login database to RF v8 compatibility it won't accept my user ID and/or password to sync, even though I know they are correct. EDIT: Working now but whole process seems convoluted.

My disability keeps me on chronic pain meds thus my memory is like Swiss Cheese! Roboform keeps all of my passwords safe, secure and in one place.

Since my Galaxy S7 update to Android Nougat 7 roboform 8 crashing when trying to display popular logins page WHY is this happening? I have been using for years without major issue now I can only use it on my PC until this is fixed what a pain.

It used to work marvelously on my Android. I was able to open RFP files stored on my Dropbox. But now all of sudden, Roboform will not open them. Tech Support said I need to purchase Roboform Everywhere. That's ridiculous. Why can't I open my files from Dropbox?

I've used Roboform for several years, and it's always been good. This version of the Android app is apparently NOT compatible with Roboform v8. If your online database has been convereted, you can't login to this app, because it won't accept your user name and password, thus your form filler is useless. No response yet from SiberSystems on how to fix or work around. EDIT: Fixed, but uses Master Password instead of old Login password. And still not happy about 24 hours without access to my passwords database. Thus 4 stars instead of 5...

I've used Roboform for many years. It just keeps getting better and better. I've also had an opportunity to interact with customer support, and that had been 1st rate. Great product

I've been using this app for over 8 years and absolutely love it. Really like the new security checker to help me change weak passwords. Keep up the great work!

Awful app... one of the worst I have used from a company whose software is great. Wish they would build a decent app that actually worked properly.

After the update it doesn't open once the password is typed in. It asks me to do it second time and than stops working

NEW Version 8 Wow worth the upgrade overall. New format is easy to convert and much better on security for passcards.. Seems to be faster on logons. Happy 10 year user

I have moved to a galaxy S7 edge and this app will still not allow me to manually enter a logon for those sites it does not work with. Otherwise, it's the best! I just bought 7 more years!

This software is and always will the best password manager around. I have had it for some years now It's very secure. Always will be the best password manager around.

Slow to open on phone, frequently passwords have to be searched and entered manually. Better than changing passwords constantly

This update stopped working on my note 3. To be accurate this update changed 2 things on Android. 1. Roboform now asks for the MASTER password when initialized. - not a big deal as it follows restarts with pin requests. I'm not sure how long the pin can be but the typical 4 digit does work. RF really needs to have hints when you want to change something. Like (for instance, Enter pin "- up to 16 digits") PS: Not sure but complications may be because my PC is no longer functional. Loved RF "Everywhere" for as long as it has been available, but it quit working three months ago. I've been unable to use my payment sites since. Utilities allowed snail-mail (they still use telephone numbers for payments) but my master password no longer works. Tried last three passwords but they still will not function. Their usual support was very helpful but of no use this time. Their methods seemed to repeat prior attempts that pworked before. The prior passwords did not work. HELP!

It worked ok till I tried to upgrade to version 8. It no longer works on my phone or work pc. Customer support is poor. I'll soon be cancelling.

Still the best global password manager out there. If I were to lose my RF access details my world would be lost. :)

Great app for tracking the food you eat and has a good database. It can be a little slow at some times.

Liked the automation and feature rich app.One star less though because Greek translation is absent (as other countries of 1/3 Greece's population have been supported).

An excellent app. I've used it for many years, and on the very few occasions that I've had issues, the support team has resolved them quickly and politely.

Perfect password manager/generator. You can have super secure passwords and not have to remember them for each seperate website. One of my favourite apps.

Android version still barely usable, they can't seem to write decent software for it. Desktop is great.

Having memory difficulties makes Roboform essential to my productivity! It has never let me down.

Extremely easy to use and works well with IE and Chrome. Never had a chance to use it with Firefox.

For the life of me I cannot get fingerprint authentication to work on my Galaxy S7 edge.

Since upgrade will not log into any of my accounts. Frustrating.

Getting much better on Android. Works fine in FF, also Dolphin with the add-on. Would love to see add-on for Maxthon.

Fingerprint unlocking not functioning on Nexus 6P. It would be nice for the generated password to indicate how strong it is, instead of waiting for a review by the security function.

Passwords stopped filling in recently. Can't get it to work.

Fantastic app, remembers all my passwords on all devices including PC Been using it for years. Definitely 5* from me!

The best password app, my only issue is filling forms on browsers other than the app doesn't seem to work

This is the only password manager I've ever used, and I've had it for several years. It's easy and effective!
