Cassandra Clare: Shadowhunters

It wouldnt let me on it after i downloaded it. It kept saying i was offline. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it over and over again but the problem still remained. Really disappointed as this app looks awesome and i love the Shadowhunter Series

Same issue as everyone else... apparently I don't have internet according to this app... not true. Perfect network connection for everything else... so it just didn't work. Bummer

I really got excited when i saw this app and what it has to offer but can't get it to open up! Ive downloaded and forced it to stop multiple times but nothing just a screen saying im not connected to the internet. Please help!

This seems like an amazing app, but as soon as I open it up, it always says that I'm not connected to the internet, no matter what I tried, it still wouldn't work. I'd love to see this work, it looks like the perfect app for me, but for now I'm uninstalling, since it's pointless to keep right now.

I downloaded it and it just said error, internet connection lost. I would love to try this app so could someone please fix it.

Just got ladie midnight to go, ow and jace and clarie are not brother and sister they fined out in the city of glass (tmi 3rd book) although valantine brought jace up till he was 10 he is not his biological father jace by blood is a herondale, and yes they do end up together ???? as do Simon and Isabelle, Alex and Magnus read the books there amazing as are the other shadowhunters series cc has written

I have no idea what's on here because it keeps saying no internet connection. I have tried Wi-Fi and mobile data wot work on either very disappointed

This app is the worst. From the moment I downloaded it, it has not worked! ???? Every single time I open it, it tells me I'm offline and need to check my internet connection. I'm never offline ????

Couldn't even get into it, just kept saying it could connect to the internet (I checked multiple times, my connection was fine).

I loved all the the TMI books and just finished lady midnight so I found the app and downloaded but it keeps saying no internet and I have full bars of WiFi please fix ????????????????

I've downloaded and deleted this app several times due to not being able to access any content. Message keeps displaying that I'm not connected to the internet. I love the series and would like to access extra info, but due to this issue I can't even get past the loading screen. Please fix - would love to see the app in action.

You need to fix this app if you want any sort of support. I can't even get on, the moment I turn it on, a screen comes on saying my internet is not connected, which is not true. Obviously, other people have had this problem and it is clearly not getting fixed. Zero stars if I could.

I've read the whole series and loved it so much. I have all the books but wanted to see what the app had to offer. I switched on my data and downloaded the app. When I tried to connect it said I was not connected to internet. Being the patient person I a, I connected to the wifi and tried again multiple times. I deleted the app and honestly? It was a huge let down. Im not being a hater but no wonder there are only fifty thousand downloads

I just wanted to say on behalf of all those who haven't finished the series as well as myself, to the first people who reviewed, the app thanks for ruining the series. I know you guys were probably excited to share your knowledge of the book, but because of that I really don't want to finish them because of the spoiler alerts. I'm not trying to be rude but what you all revealed was my own to find out, and was just as rude.

I had an iPhone 6 that this app worked perfectly on. I jus t got the new galaxy and just finished Lord of Shadows and couldn't wait to see when the next book was coming out, so I quickly downloaded the app on my new phone and I'm not able to get into it. Very sad and disappointed as I know the app works and I loved it but can't get into it now.

I actually loved the app but it has stopped working. Every time I try to get on it it says I'm not connected to the Internet even though I am, I have also read through the other reviews alot of people have this problem, it needs to be fixed.

I'm an avid fan of Cassie's books and used this app for many months. It ran a little sluggish from time to time but for the most part it was a great app that was full of great resources and easily accesable informstion and I loved it a great deal. Now it no longer works and says I'm not connected to the Internet which is not true. I've tried force stopping it and also uninstalling and reinstalling many times. Nothing helps. I keep it on my phone and open it occasionally hoping it will work again. Really hope these fix this soon.

And it's true in city of glass it tells you at the end when have and Clary are fighting Valentin that they aren't brother and sister. And the book lady midnight is a really good book like city of bones read it so many times.

I loved this app. Easily a 5 Star review until it stopped working. The app tells me I do not have an internet connection and will not open. Help! I need my Shadowhunter fix.

Says I don't have Internet which isn't true. First of all even without WiFi I have data on my Verizon phone. I just watched the latest episode and was on the website, but your app says I'm offline? Pfft. I will give a better rating when fixed. If you're not going to fix it then get rid of it k? Thanks.

For some reason it has stopped working for me saying that I don't have internet when I do and I've tried re-installing it but that didn't help either. But before that it was great.

I really liked this app, then you updated it and now I can't open the app. Every time I try to open it a get a notice that says 'can't connect, no internet connection' but I'm connected to the internet. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and nothing changed.
