You ask me to enter my Singtel TV No as listed on my bill. I do this and then you tell me it's not listed in your database. Sort it out Singtel, your creds logins seldom work properly and your app update has now wiped my authentication. Do I really have to call a csr yet again to resolve this issue?? *sigh*

Why must i subscribe here to watch soccer chanel which i already subscribe on my MIO tv???...uninstalling the apps.

The subscribers are paying premium fees for epl and there ads disrupting our viewing pleasure. This is ridiculous. Also epl catch up was discontinued from mio setup box which limits viewing options. Really Disappointing. Singtel shld focus on improving customers satisfaction in every aspect of their services offered.

What?! Just got to know that I have to pay-to-use this app on top of what I pay to subscribe my Mio TV. This is so fking ridiculous. Shouldn't this app be a value-added service for existing subscribers?

Why did Singtel suddenly put incompatible with all my devices? As I said last time some of us are stuck with 2 yr plan and like me i am using this app to check the EGP and using it as remote!!! So please re-authorize HTC One X/XL and Sony E4G, and please also check with your customers what hand sets/devices that you suddenly made incompatible!!! AND NO I WILL NOT EMAIL TO YOUR SUPPORT TEAM! PEOPLE NEED TO SEE THIS POST!!!

i can view the on th go channels fine but when i click on sports>premier league app will crash

App always relaunch when watching.. Why?

Problems with login.... every 2 week need to call singtel coz i cant watch when im outside.. paying for it service but prompt me "7 day free is over, pls sign up to enjoy". singtel enjoy absorbing the subscription but we didnt enjoy..

I tried to playback football matches on my mobile phone but it hangs. Also, when I tried to stream any shows to my chromecast, it hangs and wouldn't connect. Very disappointing. Please fix this issue. I'm using Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Thank you.

How come this app does not support Lenovo devices. Just bought a Lenovo tab 3 pro then found out that no. Of the Lenovo devices is able to use.

There only one problem, its keep on buffering when Im watching football channel. My internet is excellent but keep on buffering.

WTF did u guys do , your app stopped working on my android box just immediately a day after I got my subscription enabled , what non sense is that , stopping the app from working rather u shud support more devices

The APP are not supported to my OPPS R9 Plus when there is an update version available.

Crashes frequently after upgrading to Android Marshmallow. Please fix. Update: issues fixed with latest update.
