Subscribe the kids pack due to certain access to episodes like paw patrol. Ended up Cast had it removed, showing those which the public has free and easy access. Whats more, the cast app kept prompting me to subscribe EACH time which i had already subscribed. I have to re-install the Cast app EACH time to allow my kids to watch. Few dollars a month for this annoying app. I expected better.

All done according to instruction with subscription confirmation and yet ask me to subscribe again. Have to call tech hotline again. User not friendly without any prompting instruction to confirm what had done wrong or right.
