I suppose to give this 4 or 5 star, but when I open this apps takes time to open its irratating especially when i in the 7eleven to top up money long time to wait, but so far its good when sending money to Phils. no problem I made 2 times transactions already all was ok. Just a request only kindly do something about the apps why it takes time to open, even my internet connection was good, and I already updated the apps as well. So annoying really open this apps really takes time

My back camera is crappy but this camera app cannot switch to front cam, or even choose ID pic from gallery. My VIP keeps getting rejected. Pls enable another ID upload alternative. Otherwise this is useless

omg it suck it take aged for waiting the confirmation its been a almost a week now but still no confirmation about vip that they are saying just keep on saying one moment please then its just keep on turning and turning until nothings comes out. its annoying not reliable it takes aged time wasted

The camera of the app is not clear..i want to register my i.d but it almost 3weeks keep trying its denied.because the i.d is captured blurred and unclear! I try my phone camera for other use but it is clear and better.the app cam is not good.!please fix it.. Or you dont support xperia z1? Or a high quality cam pixel? Get stuck in我的錢包screen. The waiting dialog box keeps on top of the screen and i cannot proceed to make payment.

It is very convenient for us. No need to run to remittance office as long as you have balance in your account.
