I hate this app, it lages on my phone

This app took one step forward and two steps back. The design and operation is better. Firmware update of nvr is needed, but unfortunately the connection fails sometimes fails to connect. The biggest bug which appears to only be with the HTC One m8, is the event search seems to omit results within the last hour. If those 2 issues get resolved it will be a great app.

This app took one step forward and two steps back. The design and operation is better. Firmware update of nvr is needed, but unfortunately the connection fails sometimes via remote (port forwarded) connection. The biggest bug is if you time search the video played is an hour off. The event search seems to omit results within the last hour also. If those 3 issues get resolved it will be a great app. Until then, glad I made a backup of the previous version.

I work for a company who installs these systems, I can't believe how terrible this app is. I also get sent back to main page when selecting an NVR to view, and cameras that say online won't connect. Fix this SnapAV! LG G3

The Wirepath cameras are the most feature full cameras we have ever installed. Great NVR also. They do need to be setup and configured by someone that knows what they are doing with networks so if you're having problems, call your installer. This is one of the most reliable systems we install. The new app had some glitches on idevices when first released but that's been fixed. All apps and products have issues but NO ONE stands behind their product like Snap.

If you have no knowledge of other IP camera systems, you might fuss around for days and put up with this system blindly thinking this is acceptable. If you are a professional, you will pack it up and send it right back. I agree that it is easier to build a time machine than to try and review footage. The interface is immature and cumbersome.

This new update doesn't work. My camera says online and when I click on it, it just takes me back to the start page. Please fix.

Update terrible, at first was unable to view after update. In researching found needed firmware update so I did that. Then when update took, the live playback is not fluid it skips. This app needs improved badly

K70%

App worked great, and then last night an update came through. The whole interface has changed. Now, when my cameras says "online" and I click to view them, it just takes me back to the screen where you choose NVR or IP. I can't even see my cameras. This sucks.

After a bit of tinkering around got it working both inside and outside the network. On a HTC One M8. Will test on a HTC One M7 next. My problem from the outside world was I was putting "http://" in front of the DDNS URL which was causing it to not connect. We've only had the system as a demo in our office for a few days. So far it's been ok. The interface isn't the greatest but then again most security camera apps aren't good at all. This is somewhat decent.

On a 4-channel NVR using only 3 cameras the mobile apps have become worthless. Initially the app worked OK but slow on iPhone 4, but then the app stopped working entirely. The app only works 1/100 tries on Samsung Galaxy S3 (note both on Verizon 4G LTE in major urban U.S. market). The primary reason for installing the monitoring system was to have the capability to remotely monitor. That use case is not supported. Been told the next app release (target 10/4/14) will resolve the issues, but that release has never come. Began trying the NVR functions via computer such as saving a copy of a recording but they don't work, either. Will be contacting my installer for a refund.

The people at wirepath have strived to make you feel like you're running Android 1.5 again when you use this app. Visually terrible, lots of force closes, slow, and no updates in over a year.

if you want to watch Live video, go ahead. But if you want to be able to search, sort, and find the relevant events then get a different system. Wirepath doesn't exactly excel with this app or the local NVR software
