Slice: Package Tracker

I love that someone else is keeping up with my deliveries and all I have to do is push a button. I recommend SLICE TRACKING to anyone that shops online . They saved a package delivery for me by sending me an email that my package had been delivered. I would have never known because Fed Ex put my package on a block in my driveway, which wasn't visible from inside nor did they send me an email notification. Love you SLICE. The driver didn't even walk to my door like they're suppose to. Anyone could've taken it and I would never known if it wasn't for SLICE TRACKING.

This app used to be reliable in keeping me updated on the shipping status of orders. But it's now intermittent and often out of sync with the actual shipping status. Worse yet, it keeps nagging me to reinstitute my link with Amazon. Could this be due to the fact that Rakuten owns Slice and that they're also a competitor to Amazon?

Used to work pretty well, now it constantly says delivered when it was just shipped??? Worthless until this is fixed, sorry to be the bearer of bad news... UPDATE: Impressed with the honest feedback from developers, and just like they said it's fixed and working better than ever. So thanks, and I'm spreading the good news again!!

It used to work well, but now it won't show half my orders or shipments, nor will it notify of anything unless I open the app. I tried all the basic fixes, to no avail. I tried to contact support, but got no answer. Gonna uninstall this trash.

Worked great, until it stopped. Suddenly delinked from my Amazon account after working flawlessly for over a year. Will be not link back up. Says something about being incompatible with code verification, but code varification is disabled in my Amazon account. Emailed customer support over a week ago, they're totally unresponsive. Not responding to my email is why I'm giving it low marks. Unsat.

Doesn't give ability to provide silent notifications or change the sound. You can only to turn notifications completely off which defeats the purpose of the app. I don't need my phone going off during the middle of the night and yes I have to keep my sound on at night. Give me this option and your app will get 5 stars. Until then this app is worthless.

Well, I can't link my Amazon account, because you don't use verification codes, and Amazon never sent me a code. It's still work with my email, though. Edit: Did you give up on updating this app?

THE AMAZON LINK ISSUE IS STILL NOT WORKING!!! ALSO AT LEAST A COUPLE TIMES A WEEK IT TELLS ME THE MAP HAS STOPPED WORKING AND SAYS TO TURN ON MY LOCATION. PROBLEM IS MY LOCATION IS ALWAYS ON!! LOVE THIS APP AND I LITERALLY DEPEND ON THIS APP BUT PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!!!!

Doesn't track packages like it's supposed to. I like it for keeping track of my online spending, and that's about all its good for. I keep hoping each update that comes through will fix this. I've used the app on four different phones with the same results. Very disappointing.

Does not update automatically most of the time. I have to copy and paste the tracking numbers to a browser just to get an update on my packages.

The most basic feature of this should be a search. I don't see that ability anywhere and it's not mentioned in help.

It's mostly good. Tracks the majority of my shipments but recently it hasn't been linking to Amazon, then when it gives me the option to fix the link and asks for my account info it claims Amazon sent a verification code for slice but it's an error message because slice isn't compatible with verification codes.....

Amazon tracking is kinda hit n miss. It finds some but not all. Frustrating.

All it does is sit on my phone. I have emailed these people and get no reply. This use to be awesome. Glad they like crappy reviews!

Still accurate for tracking items from my email. Now having issues linking my amazon account. Taking off two stars.

This is the most useful app on my phone right now. I do a lot of online ordering and slice takes the work out of tracking my packages. The app keeps getting better to boot!

When I try to mark an item as delivered, the status of the item doesn't change. And could you make changing the status a little easier? Something like a menu button on each item, or long press to bring up the option to change the status. Rather than hiding it under four or five clicks.

Lately it hadn't been syncing up with my email address for all the items I bought with tracking numbers. Please fix.

Can't be used with Amazon anymore, likely due to Amazon. Shame, I really liked this app. For some reason, I can't log in with my Amazon account, due to some verification code that Slice doesn't support. Maybe next year...

Awesome tracking app, though it is missing the ability to track most freight shipping services (like XPO Logistics) and still has inconsistencies between what is displayed on the web and what is displayed on the mobile app.

Was working fine til 12-7-17 update. Now will not link with amazon. Please fix.

No longer works with Amazon and is therefore useless. Shame, was a good app.

Libe the service litterally seconds after delivery it lets me know it was delivered great for the holiday season.

The best app ever for orders online..I can easily track my shipments and knows when it is delivered..thanks Slice!

You can't link department store cards so they say they can save you but it's a lie

Used to work correctly. Now it sporadically works and has an issue linking my Amazon account.

It a very great app if you buy from Amazon often. You can track the packages.

Used to be okay..if quirky, but now can't link to Amazon and that = worthless.

UPDATE FAILURE : Crashing from drop down menu and app icon too now on Samsung Note 4 and Note Pro AGAIN , please FIX. I have sent in app feedback with data report. What do you keep doing to this app that makes it suddenly demand linking to Amazon AGAIN then failing to do so?!
