Very difficult to open and operating. Customers service in France very hostile and angry they don't know how to treat client and they just hang off the phone during explanation. They are very stupid people just as the application is difficult to open and operate. What's using rooted mobile for this application is forbidden

The app is slow, lagy and shows loading for every action you make. I was forced to download it since the web platform is not working.This app is not user friendly at all.

Can't connect. Nor resset the password, site sell me to be unavailable? And when connection works, can't add a card as the app crash all the time. @Smartlink SA it goes like this: * try to add a card : i'm asked to first enter a shipping adress(already have a card, but ok) * fill the adress form, hit save > "An error occured please try again" * back to the login wallet screen. * nothing has saved , and that's the loop i'm in Android 4.4.4

Have had no problems or issues with the Android app, offers real-time access to card balances, recharge cards via coupon code from the app, however, unable to buy recharge/top-up codes online or from PCS website, major flaw considering competitors such as Neocash allow purchase of recharge codes online, with PCS you must find a tabacanist (TABAC) to buy a recharge, a 'serious' inconvenience for what is otherwise an excellent card. Please allow recharging online PCS.....
