SoftCall + Cheapest Calls Ever

I really love this app. I've been using this app for more than 2 years now and am completely satisfied. Calls are cheap and voice is pretty good and clean. But there seems to be a delay of about 1 second so you have to adjust accordingly. Otherwise...... 5 stars.....

Now a days most of the time outgoing call service is not working. So need to depend on other calling card too. If contact CC by mail no response. Chat option not at all working. Total time waste and useless application.

If you want to call Pakistan then don't use this application they will not give you support and voice will never clear only they deducted your balance amount

I have used softcall for a long long time but not it will only steal your money. Just spent more than hour with the customer agent (Rishabh Singh). No solution that his dialer dont work just blaming on me. Guys they will steal your picket!! My $12 is gone!!

Even the customer support is not working. Horrible application. Plz don't waste time downloading.

India 20$ for 2000. Is there any time limit to use this minutes. and your live help is not working . Customer support Emails are very slow in responding You voice Quality is ok ... I give you 3 Star.

Worse app. Please dont waste time and money. They dont have online support. And also dont reply for emails.

i tried from one yr to use this application in my samsung s5 not suppored to this mobil... very bad

This application crashes immediately upon opening in my htc one. I tried reinstalling several times, but still the same.

In my Lenovo mobile this apps is not opening but in Samsung it works so please advise how to open this apps and start. What happened still no response from customer service as I commented on 30/12/2015 about my lenevo mobile A2010 not opening this apps.

Worst app and dialer. Subscribed to a calling plan, but application closed everytime I open it in my HTC M8. Reported issue to support Center two days earlier but not resolved till date. Ticket number is 10112017. Please solve the issue.

Its not working in lolipop.Please do not use this software.They give 2000 min in 20 dollars but there is no use of 2000 min because server down thrice in a week.The customer service is poor.Call quality is poor.

Cheaper in call charge, but fed-up with the software as it eat battery! Requesting Cloud Communications to find solutions for this burden.

Everytime I open the app it says unfortunately soft call had stopped! What do I do? How do I make calls now? What happens to my money?!!!

I would still say. Its not a cool App for calling. I have to struggle a lot to get connected. It takes time to get registered to SIP account and then making a call becomes worse. People can't listen to me and I can't listen to them. Sometimes it works as Crystal clear (which is approx 5 time in 10 calls) otherwise most of the time I just end the call while saying "Hello, can you listen to me?"

Application stopped immediately after login. I am using Galaxy note 4. Why it is happening?

Really BAD customer Service. Reply comes when I forget that I submitted a ticket. After 30 days of recharge balance did not sow up on my account. When I asked them to give my money back they just reply "Dear Valued customer,We apologize for this delay.Kindly login to SoftCall dialer and check your balance now.Please try to make calls and share your feedback." But then same scenario again and again. No balance on account. Seems like they are CHEATING with their so called 'VALUED' customer.

RUN AWAY, Dont use this service , i still have 7 USD balance, but since last two week i could not make a single call through this softcall. the moment when you click dial button it will disconnect within 2 second. "temporarily Unavailable (480)". i sent mail to softcall but no reply at all. Dont waste your Money on this.

Its really a best app to use.I am thankful to cloud communications..voice quality is better than any other calling software.keep it up..gud going

I can install on Xiomi Mi4i android phone but the application does not run, always error message is showing "unfortunately softcall has stopped "..

I regret to install and buy this app, everything about it is poor, customer service is unproffessional. I will hang my boots when i finished my money.

Its totally waste of time and money really its sucks dialer too. Please don't use very poor quality voip. You can find many more better than softcall so please don't waste ur time and money.

I have been using this app for more than one year..always there is a problem voice break, late in reaching other side and vice versa..you guys need to really improve the app...using just because its the cheapest...will see until I use my entire balance and by then if there is no improvement...I am out...

Call charges very high. Server is toooo slow now a days.

Sound quality is Very very bad. I used with both 3G and 4G internet but no differcence. Other thing, Why not showing Balance? It was showing the balance upper right corner of the mobile screen. Performance is below avarage, needs to improve. very very bad
