First - There is no complaint redressal system. I didn't took a ride, but money was deducted. When I called customer care, the executive will take care of it. But nothing since 3 days. There is not even a written proof or some complain number that can proof that i had made a complain Second - Inerface is pathetic, not at all use friendly. Still lot of bugs in the app.

The idea itself is flawed... People are making fool of you..Car owners collude with passengers and fix a monthly price for riding with them minus the app. Car owners are using your app to get passengers and that's why the idea has already failed...
