Shell FCU Mobile

Every time I am going to make a payment using bill pay on the app, I always get an error message. Also some of my accounts that I'm paying to disappear. I always have to go into the full website to make my payments. It is very much annoying.

With the old system I never had any problems using the app to make payments, check my account, etc. This new system is junk. half of the time I try bill pay i get an error message that says "the functionality is currently unavailable code 400". The supposed improvement to online banking is 20 steps down the hell road. Then I wait and check later and it is the same I would say 50% of the time the billpay app does not work. it is a piece of junk. Shell screwed up with this stupid system. Very frustrating.

The app runs OK. Hate that I have to type in my password every time. Does not have the fingerprint option for pixel xl Android 7.1

Bill pay history has not worked in months.... Fix bugs on app please. No point using if I have to log on to a desktop to use full site

No problems so far. Works just as well as the big banks apps. I would recommended it to any of the members for SFCU.

This is way more user friendly than the old app. Way more functionality.

This upgrade changed your original username. You have to reset it online. All you have to do is actually read the instructions for a second or two. This new upgrade is great compared to the old app.

I love it !! I use to hate that the old one wouldnt show me some transactions made till after 2 days had passed with this one i can keep track of everything!

It's easier to use too, I mean once you get past the hassles of setting it up.

App is great. All of those people who rated 1 star for not able to log in didn't visit the Shell FCU website after the update of their systems. You guys need to create a new username.

You have have to log in from your browser and change your username and password. Don't understand why the app is getting bad ratings when's it's all USER ERROR!

Way better than it used to be. Low scores are from people with no common sense.

The reason people can't log on at first it's because they had a technology update. So you have to log in through your browser first and it will make you log in with with your old info and change everything even your user name. After that, you will be able to log in with your new information on the app

App does everything I need. It's very bare bones, so don't expect an elaborate spread sheet to work with...

On the older app i can still log in but with this updated version its telling me my username is wrong

Looks better than it did before. To everyone who can't log in you have to go to your local Shell FCU and tell them you need help changing your password ect. I did that today and it was very quick and easy with their help. No hassle at all. Hopes this helps

Just downloaded new version. Keeps telling me that my info is incorrect. Can't log in.

Just downloaded new improved app and so far so good!!

I can't log in after downloading new app and following the initial log in with last 5 digits of social security number.

Good upgrade but can potentially get even better with more features.
