Won't let me access account, keeps showing error even after reinstalling. Going on two weeks with no access to my account...someone please fix this!!

Way better than having to use the mobile site. So easy to manage my finances on the go!

Keeps crashing, not letting me in. When I try to check online, I have to go through them because it keeps resetting to app only, I stead of online too. Fix the bugs!

Love this bank, but app stopped working at all. When it worked it was great, but I am living out of state currently and the mobile app was nearly essential. Big inconvenience, but I expect it to be fixed soon and, again, I love this bank explicitly, the rating is for the app

I've been patient with telco for 10 years now. Waiting for them to catch up with others. I can not use remote deposit on galaxy s7. The whole app needs a revamp wake up telco get with it and grow as your clients have.

Been with the Morganton branch for 3 years now the even sent me and my wife a congrats letter when we had our first baby. I'll never bank any where else

Telco is bad to embezzle your money. When u have money in ur checking account and everytime you swipe ur card it charges u $25.00 insufficient funds even though there is money in ur account!!!

This app is OK but contrary to the description I don't have mobile deposit on my tablet or my phone. Is it only for certain models?

Urgent: All this app needs is Remote Check Deposit to bring Telco up to the present. Compliments: It's much faster to use than logging in to the website. I prefer to use the app even when I'm sitting in front of my computer. Request: The ability to comment transfers between accounts would be nice.

Simple interface and navigation menus. Much easier to use than going on smartphone internet and pulling up regular website.
