A little better than expected, and it was great to be able to watch my own answers at the end! However, the aspect ratio on the camera for the preparation was off, so I began the interview thinking "my recruiter is going to get some poor quality video". This aspect ratio was corrected for the actual interview questions, however. The inability to ask clarifying questions means that the quality of answers really depend on the candidate interpretation of the question versus what the recruiter intended, which is often (2 out of 6 questions in my case) ambiguous.

The app is great because its convenient for anyone where you are but work on audio please. It makes ones voice sound robotic not good

User friendly. Audio was understandable but with a slight white noise in background. Very good (essential) the possibility to practice. You cannot set video parameters.

The video worked perfectly on the phone than pc. Voice and picture -crystal clear. I liked the feedback at the end, I could watch and listen to my interview. I got to critique myself:(

easy to use, gives you a chance to practice before getting started. I never did a recorded interview although I prefer real meeting this is a great tool for both parties to save time and be fair.

Though all technology must be like this for interviewing but have since used Hirevue which was a dream. Don't get why you'd launch the app if it doesn't work?

A poor proxy for an actual interview. Foolishly removing the human interaction for a conversation. I was told it allowed businesses to assess team and culture fit, really?!?
