Too many nitt picky issues to live with it. The biggest issue is not allowing an "unknown" or null option for blood type. It defaults to A+ and must be switched to a valid type after that. Plenty of people don't know their blood type so this points medical staff in the wrong direction if the user guesses. Also the fields don't allow me to enter the information I'd like to for meds and conditions. Plus all the typos are annoying.
